The beginning sounds chiche when you describe her and her narrative makes her sound like a robot, I think it's because of the periods...

Wow, it was a really good story, and the ending was very emotional , but in a good way. I really liked the epilogue about the picture taken with her new friends and the story that same picture was telling was an entire world of happy and sad emotions, it was epic and I feel fourtunate to stumble upon your lovely story

There's Firefly and then there's Firebug. He's fairly obscure, so it's no problem at all!

The Raven conversation was great. She found the common ground that the two shared and effectively cheered CJ up when she needed it most. That's what I imagined she would do and she did it! Thanks for putting that in.

And on't worry, short chapters are great! Bite-sized and easy to get through in one sitting. I can't believe the story is almost over though. It feels like it's just getting started with all of the interesting stuff that's coming to light. But you say another book... I assume that means a sequel? Or a companion story? Either one would be fine - I'll look forward to it!

I just wanted to say I'm really enjoying this story. I like the fact that CJ is relateable character. I love her interactions with the leaguers and how she overcomes (still overcoming) her powers.

To be honest, as I'm reading this story, the character 'Elsa' from Frozen came into my mind with how she had to overcome her fears. The irony is that in this case it's the complete opposite element. :)

As for characters I want to see... Is it by any chance possible to have Vigilante and Shining Knight make an appearance? I'll admit that they are my favorites(Vig especially), and it's a real treat for me to see them in stories since there's not many stories with them in it.

Oh and good job on your story. I like it.
