I really think Thorin told Kili to stay behind not only because he would have slowed them down (and they barely made it in time as it was) but also because he was hurt. I'm mean for goodness sake he collasped soon after they left and if he hadn't stayed he would have died. Thorin could have been nicer yes but I don't think he told Kili to stay because he wanted to hurry up and get to the gold and the Arkenstone.

Great story. I liked the bit where Oin was telling Fili and Kili to be quiet and settle down.

Aside from the fact Bofur stayed behind because he was sleeping off a hangover, this is pretty accurate and I liked it

This was very well written and an interesting interpretation of what happened (as far as I know - have yet to actually see it which I am looking forward to). In any case, loved this story. :)
