I was wondering why they switched from first-name basis halfway through, but you managed to have their relationship develop from where it was yet at the same time feel different both at the same time. This was so cute. I love it. Although I prefer Naekusaba or Naizono to Naegiri, this was still a great story and it's really a fine example of why Naegiri is so prominent.

i.
Cute :3 Kirigiri's tone was spot on. You could see her perceptiveness shining through, and it was adorable how you showed the contrast between typical Kirigiri's reactions and flustered Kirigiri's reactions (because it was love at first sight hehehe).

As the anon on tumblr pointed out, though, I know this is for the sake of fluff, but Kirigiri's a tad OOC here. You showed how sharp she was and noticed minute details, and that combined with a calm and composed personality, but then suddenly she was thinking aloud and blushing at the slightest thought that Naegi was cute (which he is—this guy is just about the cutest guy in DR and I love him so much asdfghjkl).

A few things to note:
[spot those that fit he criteria] —typo.
You make a couple of dialogue mistakes here. For example, ["...Kyouko Kirigiri." She replied curtly] —the period before the inverted commas should be a comma, and 'she' should be in lowercase, since 'replied curtly' is a dialogue tag. You made this mistake a couple of times.

ii.
WOW. SMOOTH, NAEGI. SMOOTH.

Suave!Naegi is the best thing ever :3 Not really how I'd imagine him to behave (I think he'd be more likely to blush a little, but that doesn't quite fit the theme), but I wouldn't consider it OOC, don't worry. Kirigiri's characterisation was great; she's not really the type to parade around in provocative/somewhat revealing swimsuits. I could visualise the scene so clearly in my head.

I think there was a pre-despair picture of the cast at a pool in canon. Was there? It fits well at any rate.

[she responded with a garbled yelp, "Okay!] —change the comma to a full-stop.

iii.
They must be really close to ditch the honorifics. Some friends still refer to each other with "-san" because the Japanese are extremely polite people. Which means... mORE FLUFF HA

(To be honest, I prefer "Naegi" to "Makoto". Ignore me.)

Naegi's pretty easy to characterise, hmm? You've nailed it perfectly so far. Always so oblivious &hearts Mm, my comments on Kirigiri are the same as the first one. To be honest, this fic could've been more believable if their roles were reversed and Naegi was the blushing one instead.

Didn't spot any mistakes on my first skim through, but I might be wrong...

iv.
This is by far my favourite section because it mentions so many ships I love. So many. Though my favourites would have to be TogaFuka and Ishimaru/Ikusaba (what's their ship name? Ishisaba? Ishikusaba? Ikumaru?) Poor Ikubasa, though; since she has a crush on Naegi, it must be hard on her, to have the other girls slam Naegiri in her face...

[Haha, we know, Syo.] Wait, so Fukawa told them about Syo? And they were fine with it? That's great. She deserves more friends, seeing as she was always so lonely.

[She didn't understand. All girls seemed to just want to talk about makeup or fashion or dieting or that hot celebrity or boys. Boys. Everything led to boys in the end. She didn't understand. This was the only thing her detective mindset couldn't decipher. Girls and their obsession with boys.] I completely emphathise with Kirigiri. This is perfect. This is the girls I know in real life summed up in a nutshell. Not that I don't like boys but I can't talk about them /all the time/ (unless they're fictional in which case I would proceed to write an entire essay about why they're the best people ever)

And this was so cute /and/ hilarious. Fluff. FLUFF EVERYWHERE. Same Kirigiri's characterisation comments apply.

v. Forget what I said about the previous section, /this/ is my favourite. I adore how you added in the déjà vu moment, which felt so in place and realistic. I think it's possible for that to happen even when she has amnesia.

[You might get suspicions from others...] —the phrasing is a little awkward. Maybe "you might get suspected by others" or "you might arouse the others' suspicion" would be more appropriate.

vi.
I have no words for this. It's just... beautiful. Post-despair is always my favourite to read and write.
