I reread this so many times! Omg it's so uncertain what will happen in the future! The dynamics between Madara and Akane will surely be interesting. I wonder how Tobirama will take it. You havent shown his reaction to the wedding yet. I love warring era stories. They're my favorite! I hope you'll update!

Oh, and the Madara here is.. off, to put it simply. Akane is unlikeable so far, I don't know if that's intentional or not.

This... this is to heavy for me, I think. While I like the plot, the way the story is going is like... 「are they even humans」

The aura is stifling, hard to breath when reading. I want to say, 「lighten up!」. Because even if it was an era of constant war, Madara and Hashirama still can laugh genuinely and all that jazz.

So far, it seems interesting. You have kept Madara's character mostly in line. But, I was shocked that he didn't retaliate when Akane yanked his hair and threatened him. Madara is not to be taken lightly. This is a fact from his war exploits. The man revels in the feel of pain and blood as it made him feel alive after he gained an actual body.

This was well out of character. Madara also doesn't seem like the lusting time, so I hope you will not go overboard with him lusting for Akane for no reason. It wouldn't be doing justice to Madara's character. Also, Akane seems an okay-ish character so far. I do not like such female characters who do not speak out before their own families, but lash out at their husbands - it's hypocrisy at its finest and I wouldn't count it as a strength.

She has no chances of out-witting Madara either. The man made an almost century long plan. I hope do God, you do not end up showing that Akane would be able to. Any possibility of Romance should be out of the question as well, though I do agree with the prospect of Madara quelling his lust with her. It seems appropriate.

Aside of all this, I did thoroughly enjoy the story. The part where Madara humiliated her was fitting - she shamed him after all, and it was only fitting that he returned the favour. It was a less insulting stance than she took, humiliating him openly through her affair with Tobirama. Akane seems like a pretty shameless and unlikable character so far. But, it doesn't matter, because as long as Madara remains consistent, she can be a foil to show his development.

The conspiracy aspect is a neat effort. It shows that the story has value to delve into more than just lust. This way, you can take this story more into a side of political corruption in regards to the Uchiha, Senju, and Uzumaki power dynamics. I am intrigued, to say the least.

I am putting this story in my alert list. Hopefully, it'll head down more interesting paths in the future. Good job so far.
