Wow. This is neat. I think it's nice to see the Jedi Order allowing its members to have families. And you know, canonically, the birth rate of Master Ki-Adi-Mundi's homeworld of Cerea is so low that Cerean Jedi can have families. You know, I plan on writing a story with this a similar scheme as yours, but different, and would like to know if this was okay with you.

'Campaign trial' or campaign trail' two different meanings and a very easy typo to make. Excellent story, as usual, but I’m afraid the grammar nazi is about to resurface. Please, please reread before you post, preferably with fresh, not tired eyes and mind. Alternately get someone whose spelling and grammar you trust to read it before you post. It's mainly typos and sometimes autocorrect resulting from typos, but it can be annoying.
Sorry for being anal about it (I have managed to keep a lid on it for the most part). I would have been a nightmare as an English teacher to many of the authors I’ve read, here it's just niggles.

I'm suppressing my inner grammar nazi like crazy because I really do enjoy your stories, and another issue is bugging me, and has been for some time.
It concerns Force suppression devices. It sounds like these devices, while known about and used by the Jedi, were not applied to Dooku and Ventress while they were in Jedi custody. If they were used surely Dooku would not be able to influence his jailer. Alternately, is Dooku just such a good orator as to bend the inexperienced young knight to do his will with just words, much as Obi Wan has just done to Ventress?
I'm not sure, there is something flitting about in the back of my mind that doesn't find this entirely satisfactory. Why didn't the young knight discuss this this with someone more experienced? His former Master, perhaps, who might then have encouraged him to tell the Council, or were Dooku's words working on a more subliminal level? It's really bugging me. Your thoughts?

No 'Go save your girlfriend!' part? Dang it, that was one of my favorite lines.

I loved the story it had a great plot. But it did a several errors as I've previously stated but at most 0-2 per chapter that I've noticed many other stories has a lot more grammatical errors than you story, and they where always easy to work out.

I've noticed a few errors so far reading this such as called instead of killed it's minor and easy to figure out but I thought you should know if you go through and fix all of the grammatical errors.

I'm guessing he is dying because the force brought him back to life, so when he is separated from it, he can't survive.
I'm not sure if a pacifist who values her integrity as much as Satine would be ok with using surrender as a trap, though I guess Padme essentially did that to get into the throne room on Naboo.

Simply put, I don't see Dooku starting more trouble. Too much of his former master's plans and infrastructure would have been compromised. It is much more likely that the Sith will do what they've done every time they were beaten and go underground for a generation or two to wait for the heat to die down and security to relax around their targets.

However... well, Maul is out there somewhere, possibly with a new Apprentice. The Sith will not tolerate a rival pair so there is a possibility that there maybe an upsurge in their dupes turning on each other in a way that indicates the two Sith Orders are engaged in a shadow 'war' with each other.

Congratulations on completing your excellent story; it was fulfilling to read of Satine and Obi-Wan's happiness after all they went through. Happy writing in any fandom, pronker
