Ugh. I wish I could like this Edward, but I can't. He out Bella through hell, fucking all over the place, even fucking Lauren, someone who hates Bella and is a huge bitch. And yet Bella just seems to say whatever. I get it when they sleep around before loving each other, but sleeping around after falling in love is a huge douche bag move.
I'm glad Edward is a match. Leukemia is a beast, but since it was caught early and she has a match her survival rates are high.

My sister was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia in 2012 and I was her match! Hope more is on the way soon!

Ok, I'm not sure I understand Edward's character here...is he like...a slut? It says that Emmett and Bella were the only ones that befriended him, yet, he hooked up with Lauren for two weeks? And if he was only looking for a way to 'get off' to take the edge off his attraction to Bella, why didn't he jerk-off in the shower or something? Why would he intentionally shove another girl in her face like that, and make her feel bad? If she's his 'best friend', I'm not sure why he'd hurt her like that, knowing she feels something too, but he's the one holding her back. So instead, he grabs another girl and thinks that's ok? I'm just not sure I like this Edward at all. He's seems so cheap, and lacks any sort of morals or integrity. And even his friendship skills really suck, because what he did was just hateful...and for no good reason, when he could have taken care of things himself. Can you fill me in on why he would treat Bella that way, knowing it made her feel disgusted by him? Why did he treat their friendship so disrespectfully, and eliminate any potential chance to be with her when he basically betrayed her in a roundabout way? And for a 17-18 yr old kid, isn't he taking himself just a little to seriously with how 'dangerous' he thinks he is?

I'm a pretty big fan of some of your stories, Erica, and I know you like to make it 'realistic' where they aren't perfect before they meet each other...but I just can't stand it when Edward is so young and already sexually experienced...and it's even worse that after he meets his 'soul-mate' he could even entertain the THOUGHT of being with someone else...like he did in this story. It's just unfathomable to me. It discredits their 'magic', don't you think? I mean, that's what E&B are all about...that forever kind of thing. Can you let me know your thoughts on Edward's character? I'll wait to read further, as I'm not sure this one's for me...
