An epilogue would be nice

Ah, this was really great. Although it is canon that Lelouch didn't actually die at the end of R2, I really enjoyed this. I like how you showed C.C.'s more sentimental side and how she has a contract with Lelouch's own descendent, which is an interesting idea. Your writing style is great and I didn't find any grammar errors. C.C. is perfectly IC, and, well, Marcus is an OC, so any way you portray him would be fine. xD

Gah, I was reading this while Innocent Days is playing! Shouldn't have done that; I was crying. Ugh. Well actually it was worth it.

Okay real review now. For a second, I thought 'Ah, this must be Lelouch but he's tricking her as a great-great-great nephew of himself.' LOL I admit sometimes my thoughts are pretty insane. But who knew that this kid was an OC hahaha. Yes, I agree, Lelouch can be sentimental but the diary was almost impossible. C.C. would've found out about it a long time ago. Anyway, shrugging that part off, I loved how you connected the special pieces from your other stories into this one-shot! Glad I was following you or I would never know that this heart-wrenching story has deeper meanings. :')

I like how you connected it to another one of your stories with that hairpin part. and I'm soooooooooo happy that C.C. finally found someone who can fulfill her contract... even if it wasn't Lelouch. at least he's related to him! now she can be with Lelouch for eternity! oh so happy

Aww, that was both incredibly sweet in parts and also quite sad as well. Kind of dark too with the end there despite the hopeful overtone to it all.

I liked the reference to one of your other stories like the hairpin. Now that one I got right away, but I wasn't if all the objects were references or not. Either way I thought it was a great touch with the connection enhancing how much all these things mean to her.

Liked the whole thing with Marcus despite it being sad that Nunnally's descendants ended up going through much the same thing with it actually being quite similar to what plagued Charles and his brother when they were children. That he would go so far for C.C. and this Uncle who's been dead for ages was very selfless and sweet on his part along with the implication that within his family at least the truth about Lelouch was there unless he learned all this from C.C.

Well, that's all I can think of at the moment. Another great story with a good use of your past work.

It's a great story, I like how you reference your other stories in this (I may be wrong about that, but I do recall reading a storie with the pinn) I also see Lelouch keeping a diary. I liked that as well. It's well written and you convey C.C's feelings very well, so well you can really empathize with the character and fell what they are feeling. Anyway I love the story, as well as all your other CluClu stories, I especially like "Only You" and "Geniune Love", I hope to see more CluClu stories from you in the future.

The thing I loved most was how the other stories events were recollected here. However I was struck when he offered to take her immorality out of nowhere. Seemed a little sudden. It might have been good if he would have just promised to fulfill his promise soon after accomplishing his goal and coming to the ending with him plotting something or about to kill someone, with C.C observing and reminding of Lelouch.

Great story, even though it wasn't required I woulda loved to know Marcus' Geass.

Loved how each ornament was described with a memory of the past. However shouldn't there be a ring? A ring would definitely be the most romantic gesture. Also somehow didn't quite like knowing a diary of Lelouch's was passed down generations without knowledge (Though he wouldn't have been able to hide it from C.C if the diary was real). And lastly in the second line shouldn't it be "there was dust".
