Empress of The West:Naruko's Regin

Chapter 12

A year has passed, and a lot of things have changed, like for one, Tsunade is no longer the Hokage as she left when she found out the civilian council is planning to gather people who are like minded and declare war against the phoenix empire. While in the empire Temari had her child and Naruko had heard of what was going on within Konoha and how they were planning a war on her and her empire.

But seeing what little money they have, it will take years for them to gather such an army but then the empire would have grown in both strength and numbers, but that's just a minor part for her, as Naruko has gotten more lovers/fiancees.

Some of her new lovers are Koyuki who is seven months pregnant. Grayfia, Hinata, Samui, Erza and a few others and right now Naruko is having a meeting with her generals as always.

Palace, Meeting room

Naruko is reading a scroll as it fill of reports of recent activities of the Rogues, and how their growing in power room in the outer lands of the west, "this is troubling, to think they have been busy, you know for bloodthirst, war hungry bastards like they are" says Naruko as she place the report scroll down.

"I agree and we are gaining strength as well but they are not going to give up easy, after their so set on the old ways of the west, you know nonstop war, kill or be killed" said Dante, as everyone nod as they agreed, "ands lets not forget that the blond woman comes here and tell us that the small minded people of konoha want to declare war on us, why? Well you get the picture" say Dante, Naruko snorts as Konoha is the same as it ever was power hungry and greedy fuckers as well wanting to pure her empire because of the demons, monsters or anything that is in their eyes to be inhuman.

Naruko says as she places her head on her hand as she says "Let them be, after all they lost most, if not all, of the ninja forces, as they either join other villages, or had joined our ranks, which reminds me, how is Ino in your faction Law?"

"She is doing well and learning quickly. She is still a little rough but nothing that can't be fixed" say Law as he caring his nodachi with him, as everyone else tells Naruko about their new members, like the Bare Fists welcome both Might Guy and Rock Lee as part of them as well a General was replaced, as Master Roshi decided to step down as he had grown too old to lead which Naruko understands and thank him for what he had done as Master Roshi chose Tifa to be his successor.

And that was last week, so Tifa who isn't used to this as she looks nervous, but the others understand her being nervous as it is her first time, as Sephiroth says "that which reminds me, Empress, all of us have been wondering about something."

"What have you been wondering about?" asked Naruko, "there have been rumours of a spy within our walls, do you know anything about this?" Sephiroth as Naruko says "oh that, yes I have and I pretty much know who it is but I just leave him alone."

The generals look confused, Naruko says "because I have the Creed keep an eye on him from what they said in their reports, he's..he's not a good spy" as she sweat drops, as everyone says one thing in their mind 'who is this person?'

Where the spy is

A man wearing a coat with red clouds and wearing an orange mask with one eye whole as he being very friendly toward everyone as well how much good boy Tobi, but deep down he's not that as he is the mastermind behind akatsuki, so far he believes he infiltrated successful, as he finished giving out candy to the children and goes somewhere but only to hide in an alley as he talking to himself believing that he's alone while writing onto his note.

"I have been in the phoenix empire for five months and I can't seem to find any weakness we can use. To many guards and the defences are strong as fuck but however all of them believe I'm friendly guy who loves give out candy, haha, the fools" said Tobi or rather his real name Obito, while above him, two members of the Creed Faction are watching this and say to each other "Is this really the real leader of this Akatsuki?"

"It seems that way but he is an idiot from what I have seen." said the other one as they kept an eye on him as he finished writing down and went to his act as 'tobi'.

They just shake their heads while thinking 'this poor fool, no wonder the Empress takes pity on him' as they keep looking at him.

Back at the Palace, Meeting room

Naruko says "Now then, what should we do with the Rogues everyone?" Tifa has an idea, so she speaks up as she says "What about if we have a few hunters find them" as Naruko looks at her and says "mm your onto something Tifa, care to explain more?"

"We have hunters find their locations and keep a watch on them then we have a detailed strike to attack them when they least expect it." said Tifa, as everyone else is impressed by this, as a general next to her said "not a good idea newbie." They turn to see Zef who has taught Ayame who became Naruko's top chief of the palace and her father "The reason I say that is how we know that innocent lives would not be at risk. They could have taken up residents in a town hiding from us."

Everyone nods in agreement but the next question is, who do they send?, Naruko is thinking "We would send the Olympian Digimon but with what happen to them a year ago, it would be too risky since personal feelings will get involved which will result to anger" The nod and Whitebeard says "We need to send someone, and it's better someone who isn't a greenhorn, no someone with experience"

Naruko thinks "Get me Bereal" as everyone looks at her and says "My lady are you sure?" Naruko says "Get me my huntress daughter. She will lead a team of hunters and my other daughters will join her. We need info and they were taught by me unless you have someone else who should go?" as everyone thinks about it and says "as you command my lady."

"Meeting adorned." said Naruko who gets up and heads out with her guards. Naruko is not happy at all and is thinking of sending the red fucker himself with Seras, but that would be too easy.

But now, she is going to her office and enjoying herself some tea, when Naruko gets to her office she goes in and the guards are guarding the door.

Couple hours later

Somewhere in the Empire

Tsunade is enjoying her new life as a medic of the empire she is working under Unohana who is also teaching her even though she knows everything there is but Unohana know things that Tsunade doesn't know, and Tsunade is happy no council to annoy her at all, she is a lot happier.

And right now, she's at the bar, doing what she loves to do, drinking and gambling, even though she's on a major losing streak, Tsunade sighs and says "Damn it" as if she's just lost another round of poker.

And everyone in the bar is laughing as one of them says "Tsunade you should before you go too deep" as he laughs, and Tsunade sighs and says "Yeah I agree…...if I was a quitter! another round!" and people just shake their heads then laugh as everyone is having a good time.

Meanwhile

Kakashi now works with Iroh and is learning from him as well, in fact, he's making Tea at a Tea shop that Kakashi himself opened up, as he had hung up his ninja headband which he displays it in a display, as he now wears a simple Kimono with a bandie as he uses it to cover his left eye but still wears a mask to cover more of his face. Kakashi is happy now with life as he and Iroh still talk and his place is also popular like Iroh's tea shop, but however there's one difference, Kakashi's tea shop is mostly filled with women, but also warriors as well. Kakashi is enjoying his day as he is making tea for a group of women then he sees Rin come in.

Both are on talking terms, as both of them were able to have that talk, and since then. Rin is somewhat getting her memories but only her childhood and early days of the academy, Kakashi eye smiles "Hello Rin would you like the usual?"

Rin nods as she says "Yes, thank you Kakashi" as she walks up to get herself a seat, Kakashi makes the usual for her and lucky he has been able to hire a wonderful staff. He has a tray with her tea. While his employee Jet is making tea along with his sister Maylene and they are his best employees. He met them when they were looking for work and no one gave them a chance as they were young then Kakashi gave them work and they have done wonderful. They started with cleaning and waiting tables then moved up the ranks to be tea makers with Kakashi teaching them like Iroh taught him.

In all, life is good for Kakashi, as he welcomes another person walking.

Hana inuzaka is having a better life as she is helping take care of the animals of the empire and even the Royal Dire wolves along with her clan all but Kiba as he is not here. Hana is now a wonderful vet as she learned from a master vet, as a few people come up to her and ask her something.

"Say miss Hana, we heard that you had a brother, where is he?" asks a man who has his dog by his side, Hana says "oh him? Well I'm sure you and everyone else knows him as he was one of the fighters during the tournament, Kiba" then they all laugh remembering him and how bad his loss is. "In fact mom is now dating the captain that kicked his ass." Hana smiles happily for her mother, as the elder man says "even though, why isn't he here with the rest of you?"

Hana thinks back on the day her mother and clan decide to leave Konoha.

Flashback

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE CLAN IS LEAVING?!" said Kiba who by this is still has bandages on him, as his mother, Tsume says "we are leaving because the so called council is making everything worse for everyone, heck, they want to start a war with the Empire" as she packing her things, Kiba is really shocked "But Konoha has been our clan's home for generations, why leave now" as Tsuma says "did you not hear me? The council is making things worse for everyone, as for one, The Hyugas lost their compound and had to move into small apartments, and their home turned into houses for villagers, which is why half of them had left" as she just finished and checked and saw the other clans with their stuff and compounds in scrolls. Then she sees her clansmen ready to leave.

"So if you come with us, good pack your things, if not that is fine I am getting the clan to somewhere safe" Says Tsume and Kiba says "where would that be? Huh? Most other villages won't welcome us"

"The Empire is where we are heading actually and that is where the other Hyuga half went to. Hell the red light district went there and were welcomed with open arms" said tsume, and that what Kiba really mad as he says "So your saying we GO to the people Konoha want to have war with WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU, that palace is full of monsters, demons a-and"

"And a new start. They are very welcoming hell I know our clan is not spoken about kindly to some civilians and in the phoenix empire WE WOULD HAVE A BETTER HOME" says Tsume and Kiba looks at her and says "go then, cause i'm not going as I'm going to help with the war" as he walks away. Tsume just shakes her head and says "Fine but Akamaru is coming with us." She grabs her stuff and leaves the compound and Kiba is going to tell the council as Tsume seals up the compound into a scroll like the other clan heads have and the inuzuka clan heads to the empire. On the way they meet Iroh who is gathering tea leaves.

He sees the large group and says "Hello" as Tsume says "um hello" as she looks at Iroh, "So I am seeing a large group of clans and shinobi. May I ask your destination?" asked Iroh, as tsume says "Well I'm not sure if it's any of your business but we are heading out to the empire to get a new start as things here, well, I'm sure you have noticed." As she thinks about it, she has never seen this man before.

Iroh says "Oh I can take you there and forgive me. My name is Iroh and I am from the phoenix empire. I am a humble tea maker and I give advice to the empress from time to time when she asks for it." Tsume and the rest of her clan just blink as Hana says "Wait you give Naruko advice? The knucklehead tomboy which at times that I mistaken her as a boy"

Iroh chuckles and says "Oh yes the wonderful Empress I think she will listen to the whole group and help you have a new start. Heck Kakashi lives there now and is now a wonderful Tea maker like myself" as he smiles, as Tsume and the others of her clan look at each other then him, as Tsume "Could you lead us?" Iroh smiles a kind smile and says "I shall lead you."

Timeskip two months later

The other clans have left Konoha and joined the group well, but the other Hyugas and Iroh is now leading all the clan heads and their families (Wifes and kids.) with some of the former Shinobi to the throne room. "Now Remember be polite. Don't speak out of turn and don't insult her at all. I will be here to give my support." said Iroh and they nodded.

The guards see them and say "State your business." Said one of the guards and Iroh says "I have messaged the Empress ahead of time telling her that some people would like to join the empire." The Guard nods and opens the doors to the throne room. Those not from the empire are in awe of the throne room and they see two thrones at the end is Naruko and Temari as both of them are talking about something as Temari is rubbing her stomach which she is about 7 months due.

Then they notice, Naruko says "we will talk later, go eat something Temari" Temari nods and gets up and leaves with her handmaidens. "Iroh I was surprised when I got your letter about the other clans wanting to join the empire."

While both Iroh and Naruko talk, Tsume is bit shock as she thinking back of Young Naruko who used to wear an orange jumpsuit with no sleeves and look more of a boy than a girl since she was a flat chest after all, more than Sakura but looking at her now, the years have been kind to her. Iroh was able to get Naruko to listen to them, then make a decision "Very well I will listen to them but Only one of them may speak. I know that the group is large and hoping for good news" as she rises up from her throne and walks down.

"So who will speak for the clan?" Naruko asks, Tsume steps up. "I will speak for the whole group as Konoha has fallen to an all time low and they wish war with your empire. We just wish to have a new start. A new place to call home and wanting to do the things we love to do. Maybe even find that special someone that we could not find in Konoha or the nations" said Tsume as Naruko looks at her, and says "very well, welcome to the Empire, but you will have to wait for a few days until we found a place for you and your clans to live in"

Tsume says "Actually all we need is a plot of land for the clans we brought our compounds with us in scrolls. Back during the days of Hashirama and Madara they had seals put under the compound so we can seal them up. That way if the clan ever wanted to leave they can take the compound with them." Naruko nods and says "Very well BUT they will need to be brought up to code as there is a code for houses. It is all for safety. So we will have the contractors and inspectors come by and check everything. If they must fix it up please don't fight it. Ok." Everyone nods, as Naruko let out a sigh as she says "now the serious business is done with, why not we talk for a bit Tsume, it's been far too long" as she smiles.

Then Tsume says "good cause i'm going to ask how this even happened?" as she points out Naruko's figure. "Well, time, training and fighting for your life will do that for you." said Naruko then says "but still at times I'm awe that my body become like this, so yeah I'm went from miss Flat chested to the 2nd coming of Tsunade, yes she told she used to be flat herself when she was young." as from there they talk.

Flashback end

Hana remembers that the contractors really did have to bring the compounds up to code and they got to work. They were surprised the compounds had not fallen Hell the houses wiring and structure is a lot better and might even be above code. Hana is thinking this while checking over a patient which is a young Dire wolf as she says "I have to say your in good health, now run along, I'm sure Naruko wants you home already" The wolf barks and licks Hana's cheek making her giggle as Hana might also have a little crush on Naruko, but at the same time, there is someone else but she's not sure yet.

With Ino

Ino who is working to the bone as she is doing her best as she is working at the hospital, She is really working her hands to the bone and her ass off and she hasn't taken her break yet.

As one of the nurses say "why don't you take a break Ino, you been working all day long" Ino sighs and nods as she eyes the bridge of her nose as she says "fair enough, I will go take it" Ino heads to go relax from work, once she arrived in the break room, Ino's mind begins to wander off as she thinking of how much has changed, one day she was a kunoichi of konoha, and the next she is a new medic field/doctor of the Empire.

Flashback

Ino is surprised that the clans were leaving and they were being led by Iroh. After the talks she went looking for work then she ran into Law "Well Blonde this is a surprise," said Law when he saw her, as Ino says "oh Mister Law", as Law sweat drops "I'm not that old to be called Mister. Law is what I will be called now what are you doing back here?" Ino says "oh well, me and my family as well clans decide to move here as things at Konoha is turning for the worse"

Law nods and looks into her eyes and says out of nowhere "Follow me." Ino is confused as Law leads her to the Hospital, which she is more confused as Law present her with a patient who is hurt and what's more it's a kid, Law begins to explain "the kid here was playing outside of the walls and he hurt himself by tripping on a hill and he has a broken arm along with a few broken fingers."

Ino looks over the arm and starts to treat his wounds while also keeping the kid calm and Law is watching this as he is studying her of how she is doing this, which he soon sees that Ino is doing her best of keeping the kid calm by talking to him as she healing his arm, Law smirks.

Flashback end

And from then on, Ino was made Law's apprentice, and since then she doesn't know why though, then she hears "Oh Ino, I see you are finally taking a break" Ino turns to see Unohana who also teaches her from time to time, as Unohana has her baby, her son in fact, "Y-Yes I am and I thought you would be home resting Unohana"

Unohana smiles and has her baby in her arms as she is a lover of Naruko and says "I know I should but a check up for my son is why I am here. So I am not here as a medic but as a mother." and her son Daimen is cooing and Unohana is happy that Naruko was able to make her a mother, as Ino says "Well I have to say, your son is so cute! More so since he has black hair and blue eyes"

Unohana giggles and says "Yes, a wonderful gift from Naruko herself. Oh I do love Daimen but I'm worried about the future though since I'm sure Daimen would be a heartbreaker"

Ino nods at that and Unohana sees Daimen's doctor coming toward them "Right this way please Unohana." said the Medic with a warm smile and Unohana smiles and follows "I will see you later Ino." As Ino waves bye to both of them, once she's alone again as she says to herself "I still can't believe Naruko could have such cute babies, if I wasn't so into boys, I would have gotten her a shot but oh well my loss." Ino then heads to the rest area.

With Tenten

Tenten is now in a forge pounding away at a hot piece of metal. Tenten is forging a weapon for a customer and working up a sweat, however "Tenten! How is the order coming!" said the voice of a very tall man as he has a calm voice and he is heard from the next room but if he yells that is not good news, "Working on it boss!" shouts Tenten who is not used to it even though he has taught her more than she knows as she is hammering the heated metal.

For Tenten, she has been here for a good 2 months now, and she is happy someone was willing to teach her more than what she knew with forging, though she kinda not on good terms with certain someone even though this person likes to visit her during work, as she kicked her ass even though she did help her out of the arena.

"Oh panda!" said Yuffie who walked into the shop while Tenten was thinking 'oh joy', "hi Yuffie, what brings you by?" as it turns out Tenten is kinda sore of losing against Yuffie, but even more on the nickname, Yuffie knows Tenten is still sore about the defeat.

"So what brings you by today?" said Tenten as she keep working on the heated metal, as Yuffie says "oh do I need a reason to visit you Panda?", a vein appeared on Tenten's forehead as she thinking 'I can easily kill with this heated metal and no one would ever found out', Yuffie knows that look so well, "um, you okay Panda?" said Yuffie who not knowing Tenten wants to murder her so bad but couldn't.

As it turns out Yuffie is actually a distant relative of hers. Yuffie has also been teaching her about her clan and techniques but only when Tenten has time, after all she has a job.

At the palace

Naruko is going through the paperwork that she has to do but luckily she is nearly done, then the door opens up and behind is a lovely busty redhead woman with her hair covering one eye and in a red sparkly dress with purple opera gloves, "Lady Naruko, you have a guest" said the woman who voice sound heavenly, Naruko looks up and sees "Oh Jessica it is good to see you" as she gets up and do a bit of stretching, "so who is it?"

Jessica smiles and says "Oh Koyuki is here to see you along with the guards as they caught someone outside the walls" Naruko nods as she leaves her office and walks past Jessica and heads over to the throne room.

At the throne room

Naruko arrived as she sees Koyuki who is waving to her and holding her daughter along with the guards of the gate as their have a person wrapped in chains as this person is well no other than Sakura, as she had seen better days, "Well it seems Sakura is here why is that" said Naruko.

Naruko walks down as she tells Koyuki to give her a few as she knees down and looks at Sakura aka her former teammate, "So what brings you back here pinky?" said Naruko as she waited for sakura to answer, "Oh what's the matter? Cat got your tongue?" said Naruko, as Sakura gives a look that says 'You bitch!' Naruko says as she rises up "Very well take her away I would like to see my child." as the guards take Sakura away by dragging her.

Sakura, who is thinking 'why, why did fate be so cruel to me' as she starts crying, ever since Naruko sealed away her chakra as well voice, her life went downhill from there, her ninja career gone, there she once called 'friends' turn their backs on Konoha, even the man she loved is gone and no one knows where he went. But it seems no one can help her out and her mother has also left Konoha and speaking of her she comes into the throneroom. "Empress I heard Sakura is here." It was Mebuki as she is on Naruko's council for civilians as she is good and also an advisor to Naruko.

Koyuki who is holding her giggling daughter smiles at Naruko as the blonde empress takes her daughter into her arms as she says "Yeah she is, but the guards are taking care of her by placing her in a cell." Mebuki nods and heads to speak to her daughter but, "You know she can't talk right?" said Naruko, "I know that but she can still write can't she." Mebuki said.

Naruko nods as she says 'carry on' as she gives kisses to her daughter's forehead, and she giggles and Koyuki smiles "Oh Naruko I am glad that you gave me a wonderful gift" as she is very happy.

Naruko says "I can say the same thing but I do wonder what she will be like when she is older, a leader or an actress?" Koyuki says "A good question Naruko. But I have to keep who her other parent is a secret thanks to the rogues." Naruko sighs upon that.

As she says "those people are a pain" as she sighs, Naruko nods as she kisses Yuki's forehead making her coo, then someone else comes in.

Naruko sees that it's Shino, "What is it Shino?" Shino says "Naruko, I'm reporting for an outbreak" "What kind of outbreak?" asked Naruko who is ready to call the troops, "it's nothing bad, just some odd stones coming out of the ground" Naruko says "That is not good, Koyuki I will be back" as she hands back Yuki to her.

Shino leads Naruko to the area.

Meanwhile somewhere in the west

Odd looking stones are coming out of the ground and their start leaking out some kind energy that creating purple lightning, It is not a good little scene, then a group of people are walking toward them as one of them say "Well boys, seem like its our lucky day, as the boss man would kill to have in his hands."

The others are smirking, these are the rogues as they are the scavengers part of the Rogues as they come up to the odd stones, and before one of them could touch.

Someone punches the one who is about to touch the stone as the person who got punched said "what the he-" but he stops as he sees and hears as the person fixes her gloves as she says "I think it is the 50th time that I found you and your little scavengers." The man growls as he and his men see a tall woman with green skin and green girl as she has a amazing figure with light muscle as she wearing tight workout clothes, she is Jennifer Walters and she was in middle of a training with a girl next to her as she wearing a blue shirt with love sleeves and a red S on it and red skirt with blue pants as it covers to her knees as she is Kara.

The man growls at them as he says "You again! Won't you mind your damn business you cursed empire loving fools!"

"Catching you fools is our business and how Rias put up with you I will never know Issei" said Kara with Jennifer nods to that as the man know as Issei shows his face which has has brown hair with a hand burn mark on his face as it seem had healed along ago, the burn mark was done by Naruko as he tried to do things to her as Jennifer "I will never understand how a good kid like you turn into such twisted asshole."

"I don't know what you're talking about at all! I'm still the same as I ever was! And it's your oh so beloved empress that takes everything from me! The woman I ever loved, scaring my face with her hand and taking my arm!" said Issei as his robotic right arm

"Because you tired to RAPE HER!" said Supergirl as Issei says "shut the hell up! Screamcrows!" The screamcrows appeared though summoning circles and leap to attack both Jennifer and Kara which both ready themselves. Then they hear footsteps and a click and the scarecrows fall to pieces.

As both Jennifer and Kara turn to see which of them is out of nowhere, Virgil Sparda, "I thought I sensed someone summoning those demons but I never thought it would be a low level demon." as he eyes Issei, and Issei growls at the bastard who helped teach Kiba more aka one of his former friends.

"You." said Issei as he feels pain though his right arm, well the part that isn't metal, "Oh yes me the one who removed your Boost Gear which is lost to you forever but don't worry, in the near future, it will found a new home and better master" says Virgil, Issei growls as he swore to hunt the new master down and rip the boost gear out of them then he hears.

"Until that child is born, it will be safely locked away, away from your grasp." Said Virgil. Issei is grinding his teeth down as his eyes which one of them is burned but still works turns demonic as he says "When that happens I will rip it out of them and reclaim it as mine then I will kill that blonde hair bitch! But first I'm gonna kill you!" as he snaps his fingers as he summons more demons by his arm as his men start firing or drawing their weapons as they attack all three of them.

Vergil sighs and disappears while appearing behind the demons and is sheathing his sword then they hear a click and the demons are in pieces while Jennifer and Supergirl are dealing with the shooters.

Vergil shared down on Issei as he says "Is that the best you could do? No wonder you are so weak without the boost gear, even though you are a full fledged demon, but against me, a half demon, I'm far stronger than you will or never be."

Issei growls and raises his robot arm and from the wrists show a gun and he starts firing but none of the bullets ain't hitting him at all, Vergil is moving to fast for the bullets, which Angers Issei even more, Then Vergil slices the robotic arm off making Issei scream in pain as Vergil says "Weakling."

Then he and the others hear "well what have we here?" they turn to see Shino and Naruko as Naruko notices Issei as she says "so one of the traitors is here and it's none other than Issei, Breaker of Rias's heart."

"It is the fucking whore Empress who ruined everything and Brainwasher of my beloved Rias" said Issei as his eyes turn more demonic like as Naruko sigh as she has no time of hearing Issei's madness as she goes over the stones while Jennfier and Kara taken care of Issei's men as Jennfier "Shino heads up, your special love bug is near by" Shino blushes and Naruko giggles knowing who it is and shino's love bug comes out and hugs him as she shouts out "shino!" as he lands on the ground, as it is a girl with dark skin with orange eyes and mint green hair as she wears clothes that are for warm or cold places, Shino blushes and says "Fuu." as he feels Fuu's cheek rubbing against his own.

Naruko leaves them as she studies the stones as Vergil uses energy binds around Issei so that he won't do anything funny, as he comes up to Naruko as he asks her "What is it my Empress?"
