I wrote my story a little different this time, so tell what you think.

Warning- Its a little sad ( Well, I think it sad.)

Kaylee broken body slides down the wall. Blood poured out of her mouth and down the rest of her face. She would have been worried about that, but considering there was already a hole in her stomach it didn't make much of a different. 'Simon." She calls out to her lover but no answer only, her voice echoing back. " Reavers must have gotten threw." She said sadly; remembering back to early that day when the People there were suppose to trade with lets reavers follow them. No one on serenity knew till it was to late.

"Kaylee!" she heard the captain yell her name. She was gonna yell but figure that it was better to let him find her dead then let him see her die. So much for thinking that! He found her anyway.

" Oh, Kaylee." You could see the pain in his eyes as he looked at her. If there was any innocent left in him it was gone in that moment. "Don't worry." Mal said as her presses his hand on her wound. " Helps comin'. Sim-. " He stopped.

"He dead ain't he."

Mal bite the lover of his lip. Kaylee I'm sorr…" he stops there. "You don't worry about that now just worry about gettin' better you, heard me!"

Kaylee smiles. "You sound like my Pa."

"Well, your Pa's a right smart man." Mal eyes harden; she knew that her captain was thinking about when he has to tell her Pa that his little girl has die.

"Cap't I'm dying."

He looks shocked that she said that but he knows it true. "Yeah, Kaylee, you are."

Kaylee's eyes wander up. " Think its nice up in heaven?" her eyes drew back to Mal.

"I suppose so. Never really thought of it much." He confesses. There remain quiet a few minutes and then Kaylee speaks up again. "Cap't when you go to pick out a new mechanic make sure they know the different between a Grav Boot and a Grav Dampener.'

"I will Kaylee, I Promise."

She smiles. " Good, because if you don't I will haunt you." She says seriously.

She looks up at him and notices he looking at door, she wonder why he looking at the door but didn't asks. " Thanks for the ride, Captain." And those were Kaywinnit Lee Frye last words.

The end!
