I have graduated with my Bachelor's degree in English (minor in history) and am about to embark on a couple of new aspects of my life. I'm headed to Georgia State for my graduate program and Edward will continue his studies. I eventually want to get my PhD in English lit and he wants to finish his degree. We will move into the University Lofts for the foreseeable future. I know he's the one for me, but I'm still nervous like a freak. We are about to get married. I was never that girl who fantasized about her wedding. It was crazy when it happened to me—the getting engaged and planning.

Rose and Em just had their baby Harry and she had to have her bridesmaid dress altered many times. My maid, er matron, of honor is Alice and Angela is another bridesmaid. Tanya is our flower girl. Carlisle is Edward's best man and Jasper and Emmett are groomsmen. We decided to keep the wedding party a bit small. However, it's a well attended wedding with 200-plus guests in the Patten Chapel at UTC and officiated by my home church pastor. It's lovely stone structure. Very picturesque. Students get priority scheduling and a discount.

My girlfriends are wearing sleek blue Bill Levkoff dresses and white roses decorate the place. The ladies carry a minimalist bouquet as will I with the same flower. I'm a very practical woman and thought these ladies could easily re-wear a cobalt dress. Plus, I love the color. It makes me think of the sky and that reminds me of when I could visit Edward when light slightly darkened. In the early days, of course.

I had to do a budget wedding, unlike Rose and Alice. My maids had to buy their own dresses. I didn't want anyone to go in the poorhouse by being in my wedding. I also had to be budget-wise with my own dress. I wanted something sleek. Like an inverted lily. On a whim, I visited a boutique in Atlanta, Demetrios, and found my dress. It sort of made me think of a Medieval style with sleeves that fluted out. It appealed to my romantic nature and love of old styles. It made me think of a medieval princess. I had the seamstress remove the sheer panel across the chest. I know my closest friends thought I would do the princess poof style in a nod to Edward's era, but that wasn't me. I had my hair is piled high in chestnut barrel curls atop my head with a simple waist-length veil with a gossamer blusher. My toenails are painted red (my favorite color) and my fingernails are a pale pink in a gel polish so it won't chip on the honeymoon. No one will see my feet except for the traditional garter removal and tossing. I'm wearing some strappy gold high heel sandals. Our wedding bands are simple bands.

I can't believe I'm getting married. I've never been that person who imagined her wedding day with a dress picked out and flower choice. But I know what I'm doing. He. Is. The. One. For. Me. I never imagined my wedding dress. When I randomly came across this one at the boutique, I knew it was perfect. Just like Edward... When you know, you know.

We decided to go with traditional wedding music. I have to laugh at calling him an old soul. Snort. He literally is.

I see Alice at the end of the aisle looking beautiful. Then, I see the splendor of Edward. I want to run to him. My dad holds me back. I have to have some sort of decorum. I love him.

I hand Alice my bouquet and we say our vows. We are official. We are pronounced. We are married!

The reception is a blast with a local DJ doing the musical duties in a ballroom at The Choo-Choo. We couldn't afford to do a big reception, but Carlisle insisted on pitching in, to my father's confusion. He claimed to be our match maker and demanded that he help with the reception. He also regaled a tale of me helping with Esme and the birth of the twins. Sweet Carlisle said he owed me a debt of life! Hee! If Charlie only knew how deep that comment went.

The special drink from the bar is the Appletini. Ha! An inside joke. Angela caught the bouquet and Ben caught the garter.

Do I do an epilogue of the wedding night?

The inverted lily is a reference to book Bella's dress as is her wanting to run to Edward. FFN hates links. Bella wore a Demetrios dress in style 772 and the maids wore Bill Levkoff in 'Horizon.' We also know that book Edward loved her in blue. It's a call-back to that.

What the b'maids wore in 'horizon.' Google Bill Levkoff 1113

Bella's dress inspiration: Google Demetrios 772

Google the Patten Chapel (FFN won't let me link it). Attended a wedding there. Beautiful.
