I have been told that I got them engaged too fast, but if you know you want to be together forever it doesn't matter the timeline. (When I started dating my DH, I knew pretty quick.) These characters are also mature for their age. I have a couple of sets of friends who met in high school, maintained relationship during college and got married upon graduating & are still together 20 years later. It does happen. C'mon, a chick who can handle a dude's nefarious ghost origins is made of gold. Also, I felt the road ended for them there. I didn't want to unnecessarily draw out things. She would finish her degree and he would transfer to where she was going for grad school and they would marry after that. A bit of a twist of him following *her* academic interests. :)

Been a little surprised in the interest in this little story. It was never a big one in my FF era (yes, I'm of the era of "Master of the Universe" that became Fifty Shades and those contemporaries). Will write a jump-forward for my aspiring college professor Bella her lovely former ghost and their friends. Written an epilogue one and just did epi two.

I automatically rate all my fic as M because someone once told me that they thought T and lower seemed to be immature. I originally had LOGE rated T. I'm not writing porn. For the guest reviewer that can't get over that computer wiz Playmate Bella had her boobs done, check out my other two fics. No boobs involved! LOL Okay, characters can act like boobs, but that is another story. Irony since this Bella had her nose done and no one has mentioned that.

FFN doesn't have a setting where I can respond to guest reviews (one guest reviewer had a great idea! Seriously, sign up and be a beta.). I appreciate constructive criticism. This new fic was inspired by a vibrant dream I had and then Hef passed. I've known many nice people (male and female) who have had plastic surgery. You'd be surprised at the amount of folks who have had something done. It doesn't make them bad. This is intended to be a funny and romantic fic. Not some social treatise.
