Below is a list of 75 prompts for Harry Potter fanfiction. Who can collect the most items on the list?

The rules

· - Starts on the 1st of August 2015 and finishes on the 1st of August 2016.

· - For a story to be counted it must be published and completed within this time frame (give or take a day to account for possible time difference issues.)

· - Each story must have at least one of the items on the list.

· - Multiple items on the list can be included in the one story unless specified otherwise.

· - When an item is used it must be pointed out. If the whole story is an item then mention it in the first chapter. If only a single chapter is an item point it out at the start of the chapter using the item number.

· - All chapters/one-shots must be above 1,000 words. Drabbles with not count.

· - All one-shots should be no longer than 10,000 words unless otherwise specified. This doesn't apply to chapters, they can be as long as you want.

· - All rules above will apply to every item on the list unless something is mentioned in the prompts.

· - Proper spelling and grammar. Mistakes are fine but I will not read a story that has text talk (you=u or know=no) or other major spelling and grammar issues.

The List

1. One-shot about Draco and Harry (friendship or slash) hurt/comfort genre

2. Multiple chapter story with Draco/Harry friendship only, Pansy bashing and two of the following pairings: Harry/Blaise, Harry/Daphne Greengrass, Harry/Luna, Harry/Fred, Harry/Ron, Draco/Ginny, Draco/Luna, Draco/Dean Thomas, Draco/Blaise or Draco/OC.

3. Harry Potter and sibling(s). Can be a multiple chapter or a one-shot any length above 1,000 words

4. Alternate reality: Harry Potter meets his parents

5. Next generation multiple chapter story. Over 20k words. Parings: Lily Potter/Scopious Malfoy or Scopious Malfoy/Rose Weasley and at least one more out of the following, Teddy Lupin/Victorie Weasley, Rose Weasley/James Potter, Lily Potter/Hugo Weasley, Rose Weasley/Albus Potter, Teddy Lupin/Rose Weasley. No Pairings other than these

6. Sirius Black/Severus Snape (friendship or slash) one-shot. Genre of Humour

7. When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do Walt Disney Midnight Patrol

8. All our dreams can come true if we have to courage to pursue them Walt Disney. Multiple chapter stories only

9. Time travel, 'Who's the new guy?' No different generation pairings

10. Use these words in a one-shot/ chapter with the genre of Romance: Obsession, Host, Over, Type, Courage, UFO and Teddy bear. If you choose to write a one-shot it can be any length over 1,000 words.

11. Pick a random word out of the dictionary and use it to write a one-shot. The word must be in the title. No other items on the scavenger hunt can be used in this story.

12. Write a non-magic story with Harry as the main character and all the following characters somehow involved: Severus Snape, Albus Dumbledore, Hermione Granger, Dean Thomas, Draco Malfoy, Luna Lovegood, The Dursleys, Theodore Nott, Tom Riddle/ Voldemort, Peter Pettigrew, Lily Potter

13. Multiple chapter story with Albus Dumbledore bashing and two of these six genres: Hurt/comfort, Humor, Romance, Drama, Friendship, Family

17. Write a death involving one or more of the following characters: Lily Potter, Severus Snape, James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, Peter Pettigrew,

What if one of the Potters survived that night but had to leave their son and go into hiding until he became of age (that can be becoming an adult or when he can go to school, however you interpret it). 41. Severus Snape has always been able to see the abused among his students, how did he miss this?

42. Twin BWL. The Potters die that night on Halloween and Albus Dumbledore decided to take the eldest twin and BWL away to train (This is NOT Harry). What happens to Harry Potter and what happens if the wrong boy was trained?

57. Girls only. A one-shot with only the Hogwarts girls, can be any of the girls from Harry Potter as long as they are from the school, any generation, any age. The boys can be mentioned but cannot play any active role in the story. No other list items to be included.

58. Boys only. The same rules as no. 57 but for the male population of Hogwarts.

59. Blind Harry Potter.

60. Harry Potter is NOT the BWL. This can be a mistaken identity story or a story where Harry actually isn't the BWL. Harry Potter must still be one of the main characters!

61. "What I thought were faces..."

62. Twins! A story with the Weasley twins. It can be just a chapter in a story, a one-shot or a multiple chapter story with the twins as the main characters.

63. Golden trio no longer a trio.

64. The Maunderers are transported to Harry's 5th year.

65. Sirius Black is the main character and he lives up to his family's name. Dark story. It can include anyone else but it must feature Sirius.

66. Evil James Potter.

67. The future generation is transported to Harry's generation and a few surprises are brought with them. At least two future children.

68. Hermione Granger betrays the Golden Trio. Harry Potter/Ron Weasley, friendship or slash.

69. Daphne Greengrass plays an important role in the war, on either side.

72. Multiple chapter story, hurt/comfort story, no Ginny (either she is evil or she has only minor roles). He had always wondered what friendship was. He watched his cousin collect the biggest and strongest of the class and intimidate them into submission. Was that friendship?

73. Manipulative/evil Dumbledore. Good Malfoy family. Main character must be Harry Potter and must be after 5th year.

74. Professor Umbridge gets her just desserts. Someone sees the scars on Harry's hand and believes revenge is required.

75. Whether you think you can, or think you can't, you're probably right. - Henry Ford. Harry Potter must be the main character and it must be a multiple chapter story or a one-shot above 15,000 words
