An accident in deep space causes the Planet Express Crew to shift randomly back and forth between two time lines, and to set off a war between the mutants and the surface-dwellers.

A mysterious package addressed to Bender arrives at Planet Express and, not long after, Fry finds himself fighting off zombies over a pit of boiling lava.

When Fry is cruelly dumped out of the Planet Express Ship by Professor Farnsworth he comes to realise that his life in the future is not what it should be. Now Fry must come to terms with the world and with himself while trying to find where he belongs.

Leela is fired and forced to take back her old job. In a freak accident she ends up in the future, where she finds New New York in ruins. Now she has to find a way back to the year 3000 and save the day.

The Earthican government passes a doomsday weapon tax, prompting Prof. Farnsworth to send his private stash off planet. Umfortunately, unbeknownst to the crew of the Planet Express ship, other people have their eyes on the dangerous cargo in their hold.

The Professor sends Fry, Leela, and Bender on a delivery to a planet that has banned Xmas.
