Glitterburn is British and lives in The North. She likes cooking, rodent wrangling and drinking tea. She enjoys writing labyrinthine novels and quirky novellas on a heady mix of foxes, Tang Dynasty China, yakuza bosses, Mediterranean archaeology, British medieval abbeys, vampires, cross-dressing Chinese opera singers, imperial ministers, wuxia, random theology, and hot man-sex.

A Sinophile, Glitterburn also likes mantou, yaoi, slash fiction, the Eurovision Song Contest, Formula 1, detective novels, and the films of Wong Kar Wai, Chen Kaige, Johnnie To and Ang Lee. Her favourite TV shows are Boston Legal, Spooks, The Amazing Race, NCIS, Hustle, ANTM, Project Runway, Emperor Taizong and Blade Heart. Musically speaking she likes Cantopop and trance-techno-dance-rave with as many bpm as possible. Occasionally she likes Nightwish, Eisbrecher and Rammstein.

Her taste in men is subject to change without notice. She likes intelligent, charismatic older men and pretty young things, preferably in perverse combination.

She's been in fandom for several years and changes her pseuds whenever she gets bored. Which is often.
