I believe the font in chapter nine has been fixed. The Queen's Gambit never went down, so Oliver never washed onto Lian Yu. Felicity, on the other hand, was on her way to China on Ferris Air flight 637 for an overseas job interview. With Oliver never on the island, Scylla remained operational. Note: Oliver is still the Arrow.
