Author has written 3 stories for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, and Avatar: Last Airbender.

Hello, my name's Corkstopper. I chose this pseudonym because it is simple. I don't even know what it means...

Well, I have a great imagination (I think) and I want them to be expressed, so I write Fan-Fiction. What I enjoy seeing in a Fan-Fiction is realism (in the world where the fiction is set), humor, adventure, friendship, and an unalternation of character. Yeah... that sentence didn't come out that well.

Even if I can't uphold my own code, those qualities are what I like to see in fanfiction.

TV Shows:

Avatar: The Last Airbender, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Monk, House, Scrubs, Simpsons, and Family Guy.

Resident Evil 4,The Paper Mario Series,The Legend of Zelda Series, Fire Emblem Series, Advance Wars Series, Phoenix Wright Saga, Hotel Dusk, Elite Beat Agents, and the Metroid Prime Trilogy.

Avatar Shipping:

Aang and Katara:

Well, at first I liked Zuko and Katara. But after watching "The Headband" again, I thought that Aang and Katara make a good couple. And it's better that way too, becuase Zuko and Katara really don't have much in common other than the fact that they're get together would be "epic" in the sense that enemies fall in love with each other. :P

Zuko and Mai:

I support this time of shipping because it was really their relationship that helped the Gang succeed in the later episodes of Book 3. Besides, I don't want to find out what happens after they break up. Again.

Sokka and Suki:

Standard stuff. Even though Toph is one of my favorite characters, I don't like to mess around with the pairings that have already been set by the creators.

Sokka and Toph:

Well, the creators did have this shipping, except that it is unrequited. I support this shipping because Toph is my favorite character and I just like watching tough Toph soften when she's around Sokka. :)

Stories In Progress:

Legacy of the Shattering Crystal: A Phoenix Wright Fanfiction. Set in the Phoenix Wright universe, except the characters are completely original. I plan on writing five main episodes with the first four building up to a final thriller. In each case there will be a case investigation, a main story investigation, the trial, and a refresher (in a Hotel Dusk fashion). I have the general idea planned out. Story is currently in hiatus. I hope you enjoy what has been already written, however. Please review.

Book 4: Air, Part I (A general plan, will be updated weekly...)

An Avatar: The Last Airbender Fanfition. So here is my version of Book 4: Air. I'm planning to write around 20 chapters (Avatar chapters, each with three acts.) So in total there'll be around 60 chapters maybe. The first part will chronicle the first half of their journey. This will be my main project for awhile. I have most of the ideas in my head...so I hope it'll turn out well! Please read and review.

Note: This story draws information from my other story, "Secrets of the Fire Nation." So please read it! Thanks.

Note: This story does not include the search for Zuko's mom. There will be stuff on Koh and more on the other Avatars. Also, it will involve the fact that Zuko is Avatar Roku's great-grandson.

Note: If I make any mistakes/contradictions, please tell me. That would be greatly appreciated.

Summary so far:

Aang has mastered all four elements...so you'd think there wouldn't be a Book 4. We'll, in my universe, there is. It chronicles Aang's journey across the world to track down Avatar Liang-Shek, a previous incarnation who managed to break away from the reincarnation cycle. Avatar Liang-Shek has visited Wang Shi Tong's library and mastered Spirit-bending (energy bending). Though Aang knows the basics to Spirit-bending, such as unbending, he'll need to find the master and learn from him other techniques to restore airbenders to the world. But as the journey continues, they slowly realize that the master isn't what he seems to be and that the world is still far from being saved.

Aang and Zuko lead two teams as they visit old and new destinations. Their four ultimate destinations are located in the four different nations. Along the way they'll meet old friends and perhaps even make new ones.

Join them in the adventure as the clock counts down...

Chapter 1: The Locket and the Clock

The countdown: 30 Days left.

Completed. Iroh tells the gang about the White Lotus's adventure in Wang Shi Tong's library, where he and his friends learned about Liang-Shek's mastery of energy-bending. The gang decides that if Aang can learn from Liang-Shek, he can restore airbending to the world. Even better, Avatar Liang-Shek is a part of Aang, so all he has to do is to summon him from within. They couldn't be more wrong, however, for Liang-Shek has broken away from the reincarnation cycle.

Sokka cracks the map that Astronomer Feng had given to Zuko and Toph. The map leads to four locations, one in each nation. The gang believes that they will uncover more information on Liang-Shek there and split up.

Chapter 2: The Festival

The countdown: 29 Days left.

Completed. Aang, Sokka, and Toph visit a festival. Aang goes and watches a performance and realizes that though the war has ended, the world hasn't healed yet. The powers of the nations have been reversed, he notes as he sees Earth Kingdom denizens mistreating Fire Nation performers. He decides that it is time to step up and does so at the festival. Meanwhile, Toph goes and finds Sokka playing Omashu Hold 'Em, a variation of Elemental Poker. She helps Sokka and acts as his lie-detector. All goes well for the two until a mysterious man appears and raises the ante, providing information that would probably lead them even closer to the truth of Liang-Shek.

Chapter 3: The Spirit Thief

The countdown: 27 Days left.

Completed. Zuko and Katara arrive at the Northern Water Tribe. Though Zuko has saved the world and is the new Firelord, he is still banned from entering the Spirit Oasis because of his actions during previous visit to the North Pole. Katara goes to the oasis to get water to heal Zuko's chest with spirit water, but however is accused after the tribe find the oasis desecrated. Can Zuko, enemy to the water tribe, clear Katara's name and find the true culprit? As they progress...they'll meet a mysterious man who resuces them all.

Chapter 4: Shin De's List

The countdown: 25 Days left.

Completed. Aang, Sokka, and Toph visit a town that seems to hate the Avatar. The reason, they find out, is because of the end of the war, a Fire Nation employer was recently captured. Strange thing is, the Fire Nation boss is hailed as a hero for his kindness and generosity to the Earth Kingdom workers during the war. Aang decides to improve his image by rescuing the employer from the Earth Kingdom. Though Aang and Toph believe that the Fire Nation employer is a good man, Sokka has his doubts. The people believe Sokka's prejudiced for casting all Fire Nation people as evil and untrustworthy. Sokka, alone, goes on a search to find out the secret of Shin De, whom he believes has an ulterior motive for protecting all of the Earth Kingdom workers.

Chapter 5: The Tunnel, The Tomb, and the Island

The countdown: 23 Days left.

Completed. Shin De's secret is revealed: He was feigning kindness to the villagers so he could recruit young earthbending children to help him dig a tunnel. The underwater tunnel is located to the far south of the Earth Kingdom, and Shin De is planning to use it to launch a surprise attack on Kyoshi Island. Or so they think. Toph tries to break out from Shin De's grasp while Aang and Sokka enlist the help of the warriors, including Suki and... Ty Lee.

As they drive the forces out, they learn of Shin De's real plan and more about Avatar Liang-Shek and Kyoshi.

They find a journal in a tomb that Avatar Liang-Shek constructed. Through the journal, they learn what is hidden in each location: Life-infused-artifacts. Avatar Liang-Shek entered a state of enlightenment before dying from the world. He left four artifacts in each nation with his life in them, anchoring himself to the mortal world. And when one day of enlightenment passes, or one thousand mortal years, Liang-Shek will return. Aang realizes that his duty is to protect the artifacts from being destroyed or else his only possible teacher of spirit-bending will die permanently. Why, though, did Liang-Shek have to learn spirit bending and leave the world?

An Intermission...

The new minor and major characters will be introduced, and I will try to explain how everything is working and what is going to happen in the next half of Book 4: Air, Part I. I'll likely also talk about my inspiration for writing Book 4: Air. It was tough work, I have to admit...

Chapter 6: Northern Lights

The Countdown: 22 Days left.

In the works. Zuko and Katara have been trapped in the blizzard located above the Spirit Oasis with the Northern Water Tribe hot on their heels for four days. They are low on food and have no where to run. Just as the situation seems like it can't get any worse, the two are seperated. Through the Northern Lights in the night sky, they are reunited and discover an amazing city buried deep underneath the snow. They inadverdently are sent into the Spirit World, where they learn about the life of Kuruk and Ummi, and their seperation. Along the way visit the Face-Stealer, Koh, and try to find Avatar Liang-Shek's old waterbending master, Kyzak, in hopes that he can teach them the secret of the ice labyrinth. As the journey continues, they begin to get their first image of the mysterious yet powerful Avatar Liang-Shek.

Chapter 7: The Ice Labyrinth

The Countdown: 21 Days left.

Coming soon. Zuko and Katara find an Ice Labyrinth near the Village of a Thousand Tears, Qian Lei Village (千泪村), and are joined by the man in the Blue Spirit mask once again. They suspect that Avatar Liang-Shek's greatest secret lies within a maze that joins into the village. As they navigate the maze, they realize that Liang-Shek has set up a trap. The three are seperated, and it is up to Katara's waterbending abilities to save them all. Will they be able solve the maze, and be able to fight off the water, or will they drown in their search as enemies to the Water Tribe?

Chapter 8: The Avatar and the Firelord (II)

The Countdown: 19 Days left.

Coming soon. Through different sources, Zuko, Katara, Aang, Toph, and Sokka all learn parts of the story between the first Firelord and the Avatar, which parallels the tale of Sozin and Roku. The only difference: Avatar Liang-Shek was the one bent on world conquest. They learn about the two's friendship and great struggle as one of them gets consumed by power and darkness and the other one tries to fight his friend out of his country. The battle ends tragically for both, and the histroy for Chin the Fourth and the Blue Spirit are also revealed.

Chapter 9: The Bridge

The Countdown: 17 Days left.

Coming soon. The Avatar is the bridge between the spirit world and the mortal world. Aang needs to learn how to transport items and even a huge building from the spirit world in order continue the journey. While he is in his meditative state, Toph, Sokka, Suki, and Ty Lee are on the Sand-sailboats in a heated chase across the Shi Wong Desert in an attempt to fend off enemy attacks to capture Aang.

Chapter 10: The Heart of Stone

The Countdown: 16 Days left.

Coming soon. In the Library, the gang must outwit Wang Shi Tong and find out where Liang-Shek hid his heart before Chin the Fourth uncovers it and destroys one of the few links that anchors Avatar Liang-Shek to the world.

End of Part I.

The first two elements, water and earth, will be covered in part 1. In the end, the gang will face a moral dilemma questioning whether it is right or not to protect and seek Avatar Liang-Shek. The other two artifacts will be mentioned in part 2.

Book 4: Air, Part II (Coming Soon):

Book 4: Air, Part II will basically continue where Part I left off. It will focus on the latter two elements, Fire and Air.

Some events that happen:

Zuko and Katara arrive at the Fire Nation. Zuko reunites with Mai and gets an update on how things are going. In order to strengthen ties between the four nations, they hold the a special sporting occassion (In honor of the 2008 Beijing Olympics... :P) While they do so, they discover a conspiracy...that isn't headed by Azula.

The conspiracy is held where Avatar Liang-Shek hid one of his figurines. The door is locked by an organ that responds to flame blasts. The stronger the intensity of heat, the higher the pitch. Zuko has to play a song, but some of the notes are so high that they involve blasts of blue fire in order to trigger. And there is only one person that they know of who can shoot blue flames...

Meanwhile, Aang, Sokka, Toph, Suki, and Ty Lee go to the Eastern Air Temple to find the last figurine. However, they learn about a secret that sends them into an out-of-world adventure.

The gang eventually reunite for a great showdown...with which nation? Find out later... (There will be no clandestine nation that has been hiding the entire time... just a heads up.)

End of Part II.

Shipping in the stories, Book 4: Air, Part I and Book 4: Air, Part II.(If you have any question regarding what shippings will occur in this story):

Zuko and Katara (Zutara): Zuko and Katara journey through the North Pole, lost and helpless. The only people they can count on are each other. As Katara confronts the Face-Stealer and travels through an ice labyrinth, memories of the tragedy that befell Avatar Kuruk and her trip through the Cave of Two Lovers resurface. With the themes of love constantly being re-invoked during her and Zuko's journey, she begins to wonder if she had misinterpreted the Fortuneteller and mistaken Aang for her true love.

Zuko, meanwhile, is trained by Avatar Kuruk about the arts of Waterbending and Firebending. He learns that the two elements aren't that different. Rather, they share an important connection. This connection eventually proves strong enough to transcend the two bending disciplines and manifest itself as a powerful bond between him and Katara.

Katara and Aang (Kataang): As Aang slowly realizes his falling apart with Katara, he tries to win her back. But he gradually realizes, to his disappointment, that she may be gone from him forever. As he tries to cope with this fact, his mind begins to cloud and his priorities and duties are misplaced. Immensely sad, he makes bad decisions that put all his friends' lives at risk. With the situation looking bleak, he may have to make the ultimate sacrifice to demonstrate to the girl he loves how much she means to him. It is through the pain, the joy, the anger, the sadness, and all of the emotions he shares with Katara he learns what it means to be the Avatar and to save the world again.

Toph and Sokka (Tokka).

Mai and Zuko (Maiko).

As for Suki, well, I'll think of something for her. Don't worry...I'll try to handle this shipping situation as delicately and professionally as possible. I hope.

Stories Completed:

Secrets of the Fire Nation: An Avatar: The Last Airbender Fanfiction. This fanfiction is not centered on the Serpets Pass or the Drill in Season two Avatar: The Last Airbender. Instead, it is set during the gang's stay at the Western Air Temple. Every main character had a solo adventure with Zuko except for Toph, so I decided to write her one. Set after the Boiling Rock and before The Southern Raiders. It centers on Zuko's and Toph's amazing discovery at an underground Fire Nation research facility. I have the entire story planned out, and I hope that the story will set the premise for my version of Book 4: Air, which I have begun to write. So check that out!

I chose to write such a story because Toph is one of my favorite characters and I believe that Toph's story (regarding the tension with her parents hadn't been answered yet. (In my story I will address the issue.) Furthermore, I also delve into Zuko's emotions and his feelings regarding his mother, uncle, and sister. Finally, if you read more of the story, you'll find out how Azula tracks the Gang at the Western Air Temple, which I don't think was explained. I hope you enjoy the story and please review.

I might continue this story if I knew which direction to head it off in... Perhaps I'll include the letter that Toph's parents wrote back...but for now, it has ended. (Quite nicely, too.)
