Okay, so I was reading through my old stories and reviews when I happened to glance at my bio and realized I hadn't updated it in quite a while. It wouldn't have mattered, except for the fact there was some information in it that isn't particularly true anymore, so now I'm writing one I hope I never have to change.

I've been writing fanfiction for quite a while, but only a few stories are posted. My work is as original as fanfiction can be, but there are some ideas out there that I can't help but mold into something more, and I thank the people that came up with them in the first place. In this day and age, I think it would be impossible for anyone to truly claim they've created something completely new. That's what makes stories so wonderful: we're reinventing what has already been done in new or unique ways.

I don't plan on leaving unfinished stories, but getting time to write new chapters is extremely limited, so to those people reading my work in progress, please be patient with me. I promise I'll try to make it worth the wait.

I hope those of you who read my work enjoy it, as I've enjoyed writing it. And for those of you who take the time to review, even when the story has already been completed for a while, thank you so much. Each review is precious to me, and makes me feel appreciated. Writers thrive on validation for their work, after all.
