![]() Author has written 6 stories for Avatar: Last Airbender. Status: Inactive (Probably for good) Stuff I watch: Mainly Avatar, and other Nick shows like Spongebob,Fairly Oddparents,Danny Phantom etc. I also like the Live Action drama of Hana Yori Dango. Things I like: Anything about Avatar. Things I hate: Being disturbed when a. watching Avatar, b. writing fanfic, c. making AMVs, d. just doing something I wanna do. In short, I hate being disturbed. Favourite Episode: I loved Crossroads of Destiny, that's my favorite episode! Other episodes I like would include, The Awakening,The Fortuneteller,The Cave of Two Lovers. I love Kataang episodes. Least Favorite Episode: The Ember Island Players. I absolutely HATE that episode, along with The Southern Raiders. My friend has been using EIP for proof of Zutara, which I really hate. I was seriously cursing when Katara pulled away from Aang. Cursing real bad. What I Ship: Kataang, even before I found out about shipping I have ABSOLUTELY LOVED Kataang! They just seem to complement each other, Aang being pacifistic and gentle, while Katara can get a bit...uh...PMS at times. Aang likes Katara, that's 100 true, not even the Zutarians can deny that. The main problem is whether Katara likes Aang back, and I can see quite a number of hints that she does, something that Zutarians just REFUSE to see. I just don't get how they can deny it. .:Sorry about that, my Zutarian friend can get a bit...frustrating at times, so I kinda developed a Zutara hatred:. Sokkue: Besides Kataang as the main ship, I also like Sokkue, they are just SOOO cute together. I know Yue is the moon spirit now, and Sukka is canon, but I can't help laughing at Siege of the North, when Sokka tried asking her out. Plus, they're both from the Water Tribe. Indirectly, Sokka is the prince of the Southern Water Tribe, so princeprincess=happily ever after, but Yue had to turn into the . Tokka: I personally don't really like Sukka, but since Sokkue is clearly out, I guess Tokka is fine too. I know that there's a 3-year age gap, but love knows no boundaries. Also, Toph's been through much more with Sokka then Suki has, and I'm betting Toph knows him a lot better. However, it is kinda cruel to let Suki suffer in TBR then have Sokka tell her he doesn't love her. Favorite character: Katara. I'm a guy, yes, but she RULES! From a little helpless girl in the Southern Water Tribe to a waterbending master, she has improved by leaps and bounds with her bending, she can defeat Zuko, that I am certain,Hama, that was some kick-ass bending I saw in The Puppetmaster. Katara rules, final. Sokka's my second favorite character I like his sense of humor, he brings comic relief like no other. Ships I hate: Zutara, no argument, I absolutely HATE it. It just doesn't seem right. To those who tell me that Aang is 2 years younger than Katara, I always shoot back that Katara is 2 years younger than Zuko, so same age gap. And those who tell me that opposites attract, will probably get a good yelling from me. That applies to MAGNETS, NOT PEOPLE, get a clue! Any ship that involves Katara but doesn't involve Aang, and any ship that involves Aang, but not Katara. So no Zutara, Jetara, Taang or any other ship. EDIT: I've just finished watching Hana Yori Dango season 1 and it was SOOO COOL! I so ship Tsukushi and Tsukasa, as well as Rui and Shizuka. But seriously, Tsukasa needs work on how to deal with girlfriends, he has some serious mood swings sometimes. Poor Tsukushi. My favorite moment was when Tsukasa went to Tsukushi's rescue when Sakurako held her captive or something in the Eitoku cafeteria; it was soooo touching. I almost cried at the ending too. Tsukasa's mother is a serious first class bitch. I kinda realized that TsukasaxTsukushi and KataraxAang are kinda similar. In a way, both Tsukushi and Katara are different from Tsukasa and Aang in society, as they are considered less important. Plus Katara is soooo like Tsukushi. a. They both get violent when mad. b. They both have a strong sense of justice. However, Aang and Tsukasa are like...polar opposites. There is Aang the pacifist, and Tsukasa the 'beat up people for the fun of it' guy. Plus, Tsukasa does act like a jerk to Tsukushi a lot. Like really a lot. Youtube channel page: www.youtube.com/user/axkobsessed ..:to those who liked Tetsuko Academy and took time to review it:.. i'm sorry for deleting it, but i felt that it was a really bad piece of work so far, and i am a bit of a perfectionist, so i deleted it, but i will defintely write my modern AU, because its my favorite type. again, i'm sorry to those who liked it, and thanks for reviewing it. Favorite Avatar Quotes: Katara: He's just upset because a bunch of girls kicked his butt yesterday. Sokka: They snuck up on me! Katara: Right. And then they kicked your butt. Katara: Why do boys always think someone has to be the leader? I bet you wouldn't be so bossy if you kissed a girl. Sokka: I-I've kissed a girl you just haven't met her. Katara: Who? Gran-gran? I've met Gran-gran. Sokka: Of course she predicted it was gonna rain. The sky's been gray all day. Katara: Just admit you might be wrong and you can come under the umbrella. Sokka: Look, I'm going to predict the future now. It's going to keep drizzling.(He folds his arms across his chest and assumes an expression of defiance.) See! (The rain instantly stops and the sun comes out.) Aang: Not everyone has the gift, Sokka. Katara: Do you think we'll really find airbenders? Sokka: You want me to be like you, or totally honest? Katara: Are you saying I'm a liar? Sokka: I'm saying you're an optimist. Same thing basically. Sokka: So some people don’t like you. Big deal! There’s a whole nation of firebenders who hate you. Now let’s bust you out of here. Aang: I can’t. Sokka: Sure you can! A little… swish, swish, swish! Airbending slice! … and we’re on our way. Toph: What are you doing here, twinkle toes? Aang: How did you know it was me? Sokka:Don’t answer to twinkle toes. It’s not manly! Katara: You’re the one whose bag matches his belt. Katara: Sugar Queen! D-Did you just slam the door in my face! How can you be so infuriating! Aang: Should we… do something? Sokka: Hey, I’m just enjoying the show. Katara: You did it! I knew you would! You tried the positive reinforcement, didn’t you? Toph: Yep. It worked wonders. Zuko: You’ve always thrown everything you could at me! Well I can take it! And now I can give it back! Come on! Strike me! You’ve never held back before! Sokka: I don’t think so. We need some intelligence if we’re gonna win this war. Katara: Alright, we’ll finish our vacations, and then we’ll look for Sokka’s intelligence. Katara: But now you’re not letting yourself feel anything. I know sometimes it hurts more to hope, and it hurts more to care. But you have to promise me that you won’t stop caring. Sokka: Look, I came up with a backup plan. We dress Momo like a ghost, OK, He flies by the guards creating a distraction, then we blast a hole in the wall… Aang: Or, we could go in with these guys. Toph said we might pass as busboys. Sokka: OK, but remember that Momo ghost plan. I think it’s a winner. Aang: We need to talk to you! Long Feng: They’re here to overthrow you. Sokka: No, we’re on your side. We’re here to help. Katara: You have to trust us. Earth King: You invade my palace, lay waste to all my guards, break down my fancy door, and you expect me to trust you? Toph: He has a good point. Aang: I'm not gonna make it. I failed. Aang: Roku? Roku: You haven't failed, Aang. Aang: But everyone thinks I am dead again. They think I've abandoned them, and I'm losing this war. I'm letting the whole world down. Roku: If anyone is to blame for the state of the world, it is me. I should've seen this war coming, and prevented it. You inherited my problems and my mistakes. But I also believe you are destined to redeem me, and save the world. Aang: I don't know. Yue: (off screen) You already saved the world. And you'll save the world again. But you can't give up. Aang: You're right. I won't give up. Sokka: Well, that explains why I can’t catch a fish around here. Because normally my fishing skills are…off the hook! Get it! Like a fishing hook Toph: Too bad your skills aren’t on the hook. Sokka: Maybe she is a waterbender, but she was just trying to help you. Because of her, that factory won’t be polluting your river, and the army is gone. You should be down on your knees thanking her! .:God finally Sokka, something nice!:. Katara: No. I will never, ever turn my back on people who need me. Aang: Roku was just as much Fire Nation as Sozin was, right If anything, their story proves anyone's capable of great good and great evil. Everyone, even the Fire Lord and the Fire Nation have to be treated like they're worth giving a chance. And I also think it was about friendships. Toph: Do you really think friendships can last more than one lifetime? Aang: I don't see why not. Sokka: Well, scientifically speaking, there's no way to prove that.. Katara: Oh, Sokka, just hold hands. Aang: Baby, you're my forever girl. .:LOL,weird but sweet:. Aang: The monks used to say that revenge is like a two-headed ratviper. While you watch your enemy go down, you’re being poisoned yourself. Zuko: That’s the same as doing nothing. Aang: No it’s not. It’s easy to do nothing. But it’s hard to forgive. Iroh: Someone new must take the throne. An idealist with a pure heart and unquestionable honour. It has to be you, Prince Zuko. Zuko: Unquestionable honour? But I’ve made so many mistakes. Iroh: Yes, you have. You struggled, you suffered but you have always followed your own path, you restored your own honour. And only you can restore the honour of the Fire Nation. Iroh: When I was a boy, I had a vision that I would one day take Ba Sing Se. Only now do I see that my destiny is to take it back from the Fire Nation so the Earth Kingdom can be free again. .:My friends say I'm Avatar-crazy. If you are a hard-core Avatar fanatic, and proud to be one, no matter how people see you, copy and paste this into your profile:. A Look back into the Past (2013) Well it's sure been a long time since I've visited this site. I was reminded of this site because recently a few people have favorited Pride and hence the emails came in to my account. Coming back here, seeing the new (and somewhat nostalgic) interface of the site I used to stalk like crazy 4-5 years back, it brings back lots of memories of what I used to indulge in. I remember how I first got into Avatar, it started innocently enough with just a couple of episodes on Nickelodeon. In short, I was hooked and marathon-ed the entire 3 seasons, minus the last 5 episodes (which weren't out at the time). Waiting for new episodes, wishing that Kataang would triumph over Zutara (which it did eventually haha), making icons, wallpapers, fanart, AMVs, fanfiction, and so many others, got me started in many different fields of computing that even today I find useful, and people around me find useful. All the time I spend painstakingly crafting wallpapers and icons in Photoshop allowed me enough familiarity with the program to work my various projects and club activities in college (designing posters, shirt designs, book covers, icons etc). The many many hours of editing videos and troubleshooting all the problems that occurred proved invaluable to me, and as such I was selected to head the editing section of my Media Club in college (and fixing EVERY single thing with the computers, not just videos). Looking back, it's really been a long long time. 5 years ago, I was merely a 15 year old boy getting hooked on fanfiction here after reading Homecoming and Parties by Livexthexmagic. Yes, I still remember the title and the author off the top of my head, shows just how much I was into it. Now, I'm reaching 20, and over the course of the past 5 years, the stories I subscribed to, so eagerly awaiting updates, slowly stopped updating. I visited the site less and less, to the point where I haven't been here in years. Everyone has moved on, leaving behind the stories they have crafted in their childhood days, filled with the excitement, ideas, and love they had for the series. I have at least completed all my stories to tie up all loose ends, but I've decided to also leave the entire chunk of my Bio up here for the memories of how I used to be. It was a fun ride, and trust me, I enjoyed reading stories here like nothing else. But now it's time to move on. All the best to everyone! :) P.S Good to see that I no longer type like a crazy fangirl. Though the cynicism seems to still remain hahaha. |
