I write as a hobby purely for enjoyment. I have always been a fan of writing and continuing where my favourite stories ended or left a void, however I would not say that I am particularly good at it. This site is ideal for me as hopefully it will allow me to spread my wings and attempt to add my own person twists to my favourite novels.

I enjoy a variety of books. Harry Potter was a clear favourite in my youth, however, as I have matured, the works of the Brontes, particularly the two old time favourites 'Jane Eyre' and 'Wuthering Heights', are my favourite books and that is what a lot of my fanfic will be based around, at least for now. Of the two novels, 'Jane Eyre' takes my preference purely because I adore the relationship between Jane and Mr Rochester. Their romance is just captivating. So for that reason, most of my fanfics will be based around 'Jane Eyre', and particularly around Jane and Mr Rochester's relationship.

As I mentioned previously, I have sadly never possessed the talent of managing to capture all of my ideas (that seem very good at the time) on paper. For this I can only apologise, and I will hopefully improve as time goes on. I love the characters I write about and would hate to think that I had ruined them for anyone in any respect.
