 Author has written 44 stories for Smallville. Author's note as of 3/25/13: I don't think I'll be posting any more stories here. I hardly get any comments anymore and sometimes when I do it's nasty. It's also time to stop when you're informed that you have to change your story or else you'll be reported. I'm going somewhere else where I won't feel my creativity stifled. I've recently started posting my stories on LiveJournal. It will be quite a while before all of them are posted there because I have a LOT of them, but they're all posted on AO3 or k-site. I'm gem6519 and gem65 respectively. I will continue to update all my WIP's on ksite because they're not on AO3, but I won't be updating here anymore. :( I want to thank everybody who ever took the time to read my stories and comment on them. Thanks! :D Author's note as of 6/30/13: I understand if something I've written isn't to a persons liking, but what I don't understand is when that person leaves either a nasty review or just something that's not really nice - especially when they don't even bother to leave it under their own user name and do it anonymously. If you don't like what I've written, then why continue reading and leaving reviews? I respect a persons right to have their own opinion, but they have to respect my right to have one too. I once posted a story on another website a number of years ago and someone sent me a private message going into a lot of detail about why they didn't like it. They also said 'bollocks' to the title of the story. Can you believe that??? They actually criticized the TITLE? *rolls eyes* Obviously they didn't have a beta to edit their message because their grammar and punctuation left something to be desired. Anyway, that was a time when I hadn't been writing stories for a really long time so that kind of thing bothered me. What really hurt me the most was that the subject matter of the story was something that was VERY personal to me. I never did respond to that person but now in hindsight I wish I had. I guess that's enough rambling for today. I'll be posting this on my LJ page too. Just for the heck of it. Author's note as of 6/4/14: I've received a number of notices from FF telling me that my stories (even my old ones) are not only being read, but also being favorited. It means a lot to me so I just wanted to say thanks. :D |
