AUTHOR'S NOTE: Shadowy Go was my first attempt at writing a story, and the first eight chapters were written five years ago. I read back on it and I would cringed at the obvious grammar mistakes I made. I don't have a beta and I probably never would. Anyway it was then I found out that speaking is way different than writing.

These are some of the points I would like to address:

1) I was told that the height requirement for the basketball team is unreasonable and that I should check my facts first before writing.

There is this thing they call "artistic license," and wanting tall 13 y.o. kids in your team does not require too much of a stretch of one's imagination. I mean hosting a ghost in your mind is impossible enough and quibbling over heights just boggles the mind.

I don't know about him/her but I have a nephew who was 12 y.o. at the time and he was 5'3 then, and the friends he hanged out with were either of same height or taller. There were kids who were shorter but only slightly. All in all those boys were taller than me, and this was where I based the height requirement.

2) Sai uses igo and the rest of the characters will use go. I figured Sai being antiquated and all I should at least make an attempt of him being that.

3) Please forgive me for taking a long time to update. I want to do it sooner but there is truly such a thing as "writer's block." I couldn't write a single word, that it amazed me that I wrote Chapter 13 in only half a day.
