About me: I became hooked on the stories people posted fanfiction.net, but felt really bad for reading and not reviewing. So, my original intention for this account was just to review peoples stories. But then some brainworm niggled its way into my head, and now I want to write my own! I can say with certainty, my attempts will be vapid, clichéd and, in all likelyhood, rather poorly written. But I will still try my best!

My current fandoms include, but are by no means limited to Star Trek 2009, Star Trek TOS, Battlestar Galactica, South Park and Harry Potter. I also love anime. Way too many anime to name!

I love, love, love Kirk/Spock, Spirk, Spork, Kock, whatever you want to call 'em. Great-granddaddies of slash, ftw.

I'm a real sucker for pairings that start out as best friends, slash or not. Stan/Kyle, Seamus/Dean, Sulu/Chekov, Ed/Winry, Ron/Hermione. ...Bert/Ernie shot'd

I love languages, especially French (bonjour!) and Japanese (でも、下手です!）I love languages even if I don't understand a word of it.

If there really are angels that put us together on little assembly lines above the clouds, before handing us off to the storks... the one that gave me my taste in music was definitely high or something. Seriously. When this fact combines with my aforementioned love of languages, I end up having conversations like this:

Friend: What is this?

LadyAoife: Puff the Magic Dragon.

Friend: With a techno beat?

LadyAoife: And it's in Danish! Is this awesome, or what?

Friend: ...
