How I imagine Harry Potter characters look like, including my OCs;

-I've always pictured the Granger family as a Jewish family and noticed some socialist similarities that Kyle Broflovski has with Hermione Granger. So for me Hermione will always be Jewish in my fanfics. The Granger family heritage is; Israeli, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian and British/Anglo-saxon. She is of Caucasian appearance but does have some notable mediterranean features.

- Calvino is a caucasian italian and his wife Arjana is from Mali (A country in Africa) so their daughter Rosalie (Lesbian) is biracial.

- Eugenio is a dark skinned/black Italian with African heritage. Mariam Zabini is from Libya who is also a citizen of Italy and the UK.

- Michael King a dark skinned/Black British born man and his wife is a caucasian Brit, their daughter Rochelle (bisexual) is biracial

- Perseus Parkinson is olive skinned/mediterranean, so Pansy is a mix of Spartans and Vikings

- Any Person of Colour (confirmed, not speculation) that is in the original 7 books will have more mentions.

- Angelina Johnson, a person of colour, does have more lines and a sub story line of how her and George got together.

- Kingsley Shacklebolt, another POC, will remain as the Prime Minister in Magical Britain after the battle for Hogwarts. I was pissed when I saw that was changed in Cursed Child. Which is one of the main reasons why I hate the Cursed Child.

- Gwenog Jones, POC, will have a lot more mentions and a few lines throughout this fic because she is Ginny Weasley's Quidditch hero.

- Lee Jordan, POC, like the others above will be featured more than he was in the book

- Seamus Finnigin, though it was never mentioned in the seven books, he is gay.

- Katie Bell, though never described well, is biracial in my mind (Spanish and Brit)

- The Patil sisters are muslim with Indian and Middle Eastern heritage (From what I've research the actresses are muslim so I would like to make a nod to that)

- Percy Weasley is gay in this and we will see him going through the stages of where he questioning if he is straight

- I will be creating non white characters as the story goes along, to have an even mix of white and non white (a reflection of my hometown)

I'm not fussed if people have their own vision for the characters; since I was a little girl I've alway imagined Hermione as Jewish. It's your imagination people, imagine whatever you want to imagine.
