It's been a year since the Purge, an event that resulted in the end of supervillainy...but also the end of superheroes. The members of Young Justice and their mentors find themselves reeling in the aftermath, trying to find their place in a world that has no place for them. Meanwhile, a young man plots his revenge against the fallen heroes who allowed his mother to die.

AU. Four years after the Event, they found the cure. Huddled in a pile of debris, glowing lines of circuitry illuminating his dark skin, the cure was found in the form of a thirteen year old sentient class EVO, who was soon given the designation: Rex. Now, Rex works for Providence, but after a botched mission, he runs, taking his new human friend, Noah, along for the ride.
