Author has written 12 stories for Hobbit, and Lord of the Rings. Hello, all! If you've found yourself here, you might have read one of my stories. Right now, they are definitely Hobbit based, mostly focused on the Heirs of Durin (Thorin, Fili, and Kili if you weren't aware but you probably are if you're reading about them) because I've seen the movie and tumbled back into a Middle Earth craze. Stories will be sporadic as I tend to write on a whim or when inspiration strikes. Updating this a bit because, dear muffin cakes, the ideas won't stop coming! So here's a bit of the to do list I've assembled for myself: Aftermath: Finished. Aftershocks continues Fili's tale. Aftershocks: Sequel to Aftermath. At Your Service: I've been getting more questions about this story and at this point, I'm unsure if I'm going to continue it. For now, I'm going to remove the prompt list (don't worry, I still have it) because I don't like having it hanging over my head. If and when I do get a chance to write more of this, you all will be the first to know. Brotherly Love:This is like At your service. I write when I get ideas, but since there's plenty of mischief and adventure that Fili and Kili could have gotten into when they were younger it's a deep well to pull from. Fluff'n'Stuff: Okay, this started as a prompt on tumblr from someone who was yearning for something fluffy with Fili because there wasn't enough of it out there. I'd like to keep going on it as another series of one-shots, but I tend to have more smutty ideas than fluffy so I might need prodding to work on more. One More Adventure: I really, really want to keep writing on this one, but I'm having a problem with the second chapter. I know what I want to write, but it just won't happen so I'm not forcing it. At the moment. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get pissed off at it and write it anyways. Small note: I've noticed that most of my stories actually tie together into one. Things that come up in Aftershocks/Aftermath might have chapters in Brotherly Love and vice versa. Everything seems to build on one another because they're all ideas I wanted to throw into one huge story and instead broke apart into pieces. What does this mean? Well, it could mean that if there's a cute reference to a childhood prank or adventure in Aftershocks/Aftermath, it might show up in Brotherly Love or things that happen in the second might be mentioned in the the first. Doesn't mean you have to read all my stories, but I think it's fun when you get to read about past adventures or know what they're talking about when it comes up! So hope you enjoyed reading what I've written and hope you continue to read it! Boring stuff: Pharmacy student who would much rather be paid to write and play video games than actually learn something. From the land of the majestic moose, more specifically the West Coast. I'm also on AO3 now at http:///users/cecania if you want to keep track of my stories over there instead. As I said in the last At Your Service chapter, I will still post here unless something happens. Then I will move my merry bandwagon over there :) |
