Well. That Season 2 finale went well. Except no, it didn't. Welcome to Flashpoint—where the Allens are alive, the particle accelerator never exploded, and, oh, look, there's a Time Wraith or twenty after Barry. Good thing Eobard Thawne came to this new timeline with him. Wait, did I say good? Yeah, right. A Season 3 projection, continuing immediately where the finale leaves off.

*major spoilers for 2.20* Zoom's back. Particle accelerator 2.0 went boom. Even the hazy sort of back-to-normal normal they've achieved has been destroyed—ruptured, really, into thousands of tiny fragments. What's the S.T.A.R. Labs team supposed to do now? This. An alternate season ending, diverges after 2.20 "Rupture".

In one of the many worlds in the multiverse, Eobard Thawne and Earth-2 Harrison Wells hold a very unlikely conversation. Because there honestly aren't enough stories with both of these characters.

There's a certain silence that falls over the Cortex whenever tragedy strikes. And, after the events of Versus Zoom, tragedy has definitely struck. The reactions of Barry, Cisco, Wells, and Iris after the end of Versus Zoom (2.18), continuing into an alternate season ending that involves Joe, Wally, Zoom, and a couple surprises as well.

We all know Eobard Thawne's version of Harrison Wells much better than we'd like to. And Earth 2's version of Harrison Wells gets a big part too. Which leaves us with a question: who is Harrison Wells? The real one, who we only got to see in "Tricksters" before he was unceremoniously slaughtered by Eobard Thawne? Pure fluff about the romance between Harrison Wells and Tess Morgan.
