Author has written 5 stories for Batman, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Deathstroke the Terminator, Arrow, and Fallout. Not much to say about myself. Lately I've been working on rewriting Cold-Blooded into an original novel that could conceivably be published without copyright problems. Wish me luck! Here however, is a link to an article with a picture of two swimsuit models. Ruth, from Bad Decisions, has a figure like the one on the right. (Model's name is Jada Sezer) http:///2013/04/15/debenhams-look-book-plus-size-models-paralympian_n_3083547.html Link to the house described in chapter 13 of Cold-Blooded: http:/// The beautiful picture I use as the cover for Cold-Blooded is by Bigtolia, and I am using it with her permission. This is her page on Deviant: http:/// A rant concerning Betas: If you're not prepared to be a Beta, don't sign up to be a Beta. If you do and you find you don't like being a Beta, take your name off the active Beta listings. If you're not going to beta for a while or ever again, whether because you're starting a new semester or you're not into fanfiction anymore, take your name off the active Beta listings. If someone contacts you about being their Beta, reply. You signed up to be a Beta, remember? If someone contacts you about being their Beta, don't respond as though it's an imposition. Remember, YOU signed up to be a Beta. If someone contacts you about being their Beta, and you don't really want to do it for whatever reason, give them a prompt and definite 'No'. Don't say 'Sure' and then flake out on them. If you start Beta-ing for someone and then Real Life gets in the way, tell them. Don't just disappear without a word. Remember that their stories are as important to them as your stories are to you. Treat them as you would want to be treated. Recently I was looking for a Beta for a fic of mine, and I had to comb through hundreds of allegedly active Beta listings just to find twenty people who had been active in any way, shape or form in the last year, whether they posted a chapter or updated their profile. I asked all of them. I got less than ten answers, most of which were 'No.' 'No' is okay. 'No' is heaps better than never answering at all. 'No' is tons better than saying 'Yes' and not following through. |
