I don't think I realised till I started writing this just how angry I was, and still am, with Lindsay and Melanie. In a way this has been cathartic, but if you're an L&M fan, don't bother. In some ways, this one makes my anti-Mikey stance look as if I actually kinda like him. Seriously. I've come to the conclusion that I truly despise those women.

This one is 3rd in the trilogy and it's a death!fic Valentine's story. Having written two stories about dead!Justin it isn't surprising that this one is a Brian death!fic. You've been warned. You're just going to have to trust me a little. Dead or alive, he's still (I hope) recognisably Brian. And the way I see it, it's still ridiculously romantic. But maybe that's just me.

As the title suggests, this is the sequel to Love's Not Time's Fool. This 'verse is the weirdest AU I've ever written. In this story, Gus comes to visit his father, which leaves Brian trying to juggle time with his son and time with his ghostly lover.

Justin is in New York (although not permanently), his birthday is coming up, their friends are nagging (no surprise there). Brian, of course, is doing his best to ignore the whole thing, but circumstances seem to be conspiring to put ideas into his head about how this milestone birthday might be celebrated.

Written for a Moonshadow Tribe fairy tale challenge, it's loosely based on the story of Gawaine and the Green Knight from the Arthurian cycle (sometimes told about Gareth and Elaine). It is, of course, an AU. Oh, and remember, I don't like Mikey.

I wrote this story as a Halloween fic. I then wrote three more in the "series". This archive has no series option, so I'll do the best I can to flag the fics that belong in this series and the order. It comes however with a serious warning. If you like Michael, you will NOT like this story, and you will not like what happens to Michael in this story. Please do not read.

Since there's so much palaver to setting up each new story, it hardly seems worth it to post single Drabbles. Also - it's really irritating to open what you think is a full fic and find a drabble, particularly if you don't like them. And there is no drabble genre or tag for me to select. For all these reasons, I've decided to post them as a single, multi-chaptered entity.

Written in response to a challenge to write a fic based on a Beatles song from the Hard Day's Night album. I couldn't decide, so I wrote three short ones which form a story.

One of my infamous "fixes". This time for the cancer arc in S4. I never for a moment believed that Justin would need Michael to explain Brian to him.

The death!fic I thought I'd never write, and there's no "oh it was all a dream" save at the end. But the idea came and would not leave me alone. All that said, from my perspective, it's still got kind of a happy ending. Or at least a ridiculously romantic one. *g*

It's Valentine's, but Brian and Justin have had another fight.

I think it's only fair to warn you that it is not by any means a normal BJ fic. Brian's in his sixties, Justin's been dead for thirty years and they haven't even met yet. Well, it's a Halloween story, and one of the characters is, in fact, a ghost. But try it, you might like it. It's actually, I suspect, quite ridiculously romantic.

Blame Roy Orbison for this one. I've always loved the song and one day I started thinking 'what if ...'. Originally, it was going to be about Brian/Justin/Ethan from Ethan's POV. But where was the dramatic tension in that? So eventually, it turned into this.

Written for a "first time" challenge. Justin and Brian's different takes on that first public kiss.

This is the first QAF story I ever wrote. I wrote it for my friend Michael and it was first posted on the anniversary of his death. I wrote it for him because he would have loved QAF and because I never understood why it was up to Brian to buy the flowers. This is as close to romance as my BJ are likely to come.
