Wow, I can't believe I'm finding myself back on this account for the first time in months, and posting stories under this name! I haven't done so in several years, having decided to create (several) new accounts to separate myself from this one. I created this account back in March of 2004, when I was nineteen and a senior in high school. My taste in fanfiction was much different sixteen years ago than it is today. I hardly write anymore, preferring to blog and sporadically attempt to create original works.

Well, I'm suddenly appearing on this account—as much as I don't want to, I'd rather leave this behind! I created an account back in July of 2019 (probably my fifth on here?) but the UID associated with it closely resembled accounts that engaged in questionable activity. I kept receiving private messages from accounts whose UID was very close to mine.

Additionally, I noticed the hit count on the two fics I'd uploaded in the past few weeks were freakishly high; and one of the fics is in a dead fandom. So, I have a suspicion all those hits came from those accounts whose UID were very similar to mine; or those who received private messages from similar UID accounts and assumed I was in that crowd. Which I am not. I will never do any soliciting.

Because of that, I've been forced to return here.

It just really sucks that I have to start from scratch on an account that is sixteen years old.
