 Author has written 3 stories for Anne of Green Gables series, and Georgette Heyer novels. Mum, librarian and a fan of Romance. I loiter appreciatively most often in the Anne of Green Gables space (where there are some excellent writers at work currently) but also enjoy reading Georgette Heyer and Jane Austin based fictions. I am making small first steps towards becoming a writer as well as a reader. My first entry into the Story Club was a one shot set during the Christmas vacation in the second year of Anne of Windy Poplars. The results were so encouraging and the feedback so kind, that I hope to contribute a little bit more as and when time and inspiration allow. I am currently making meandering, stop-start, progress through my second story, again an in-fill with AoWP, which is also my first go at a chapter story. I suspect I am more of a fill in the gaps / carry on after the last page kind of fan fiction writer, but I guess time will tell. What I find thrilling, yet still hard to believe, is that I am any kind of actual writer at all. |
