I started back into the world of fanfiction about a year and a half ago, though I had been intimately involved when I was much younger, about seven years ago. Believe me, and I really mean this, you NEVER want to read the crapola I wrote then. I even wrote...and this is where the shame comes in...X-Men poetry. Odes to Psylocke and such. This is what happens when you raise a child half-Victorian and half-hippie. It's an odd mix. I get Puritanical impulses about covering thngs up and ankles and chivalryand then have to liberate myself from myself. It leads to no small amount of confusion, let me tell you. So my childhood love for comic books is only equaled by my teenaged love for Shakespeare and Tennyson. Wierd, I know, but it work for me most of the time.

Nowadays I might seem a bit more one-track to you, but don't let that fool you. I might seem to reas/write only Remus/Sirius slash fiction...and you would be right. That is all I do. Buuuuuut...sometimes I draw them too. Oh, yeah.
