Stats: (Updated as of 8/1/11)

Name: You'll never know ;)

Age: Twenty

Gender: Female

Habitat: California

Hobbies: Art, writing and movies.

Basic info: Well, I just love Harry Potter. A lot. :)

General Info:

Don't worry, I'll try not to ramble on about me... because we all know how boring that could get. Basically, I'm a sophomore in high school, and I live to write. I love it to death. It's a wonderful way not only to express yourself but also to let out emotions. I've poured my heart into Distant Memories many times, and those chapters usually turn out better than a really generic chapter.
I absolutely love writing about the Marauders Era... there's so many unexplained ideas, and so much room to explore, that I find it fascinating.

Pairings: Well, I love them all. Truly. I'll read any pairing, but I will admit the ones with Dobby and the Whomping Willow freaks me out.

Stories:

As I Look Back (Written 2005)

Full Summary: James, using his thoughts, sits on his bed the last day of Hogwarts and looks back at the past seven years of his life.

This was more of a homework assignment than an actual fiction. My English teacher assigned a one-page (honestly limited to one page, double-space on word) story for us to write. Well, my inspiration was Harry Potter. We had to do an interior monologue, and I did James. It's pretty much his thoughts written out. It's short, sweet, and I'm nowhere near graduation in Distant Memories, but I thought it would be fun to write.

Lily (Written 2005)

Full Summary: James has a conversation with Remus about Lily Evans, the girl he loves that hates him back.

Another rather homework assignment, limited to one page in Word. I like this one better than As I Look Back. Either way, I didn't want to edit it much, because Distant Memories takes a lot of time and work. It's written in dramatic monoluge, meaning we overhear a character speaking out loud to another character. It's James talking to Remus, and I thought this piece was short but cute.

Distant Memories (Written 2004 - Present)

Full Summary: In the years before Harry was born, four Marauders, four friends, shared a special bond of friendship. Now one is a traitor, one hero died for his family, one innocent misunderstood man died protecting all he had left, and one still lives, a monster reborn every full moon. This is their story. Join the Marauders through the years of their lives; through laughs and losses, love and tears.

Actually, this is my first fanfiction. I've always been quite intrigued with the stroy of the Marauders. It's always been such a great mystery that I simply had to write about it, even if it doesn't agree with the views of others. I just started it, but hopefully I can go all the way up to the point where Sirius is thrown in Azkaban for a crime he didn't do.

I get most my inspiration from my friends. I take most pity on Sirius, whom I love. He's a great character, flawed, but incredible. James shows him what it's really like to have a family. And I loved writing the development of the friendship and all the road bumps they have to overcome.

Quotes:

'“He’s our friend. Friends help each other. He would do the same for you.”' - Remus Lupin

“Pinch me." - Sirius on spending Christmas at the Potters

"I am afraid. Just like you can’t change the fact that you’re a werewolf, I can’t change the fact that I’m scared. I’m scared to death. But the werewolf can be tamed. The werewolf can change with the help of his friends. Don’t leave us, Remus. Help me. Help me change. Help me see that I don’t need to be so afraid." - Sirius Black

"It was hard for me today, because as much as I hate him, a part of me always wanted us to go back to being brothers. And now, we can’t. The scars of our world have run too deep to keep us together." - Sirius Black

"Still alive… how long is this war going to last, James? I honestly don’t know how much more of this I can take. It seems that each new day brings more tears than joy, more deaths than births, more hate than love. I look for the day when it’ll be all over…but will it ever end?” -Marcella Greenwald

“It’s all those late nights. All that work. Never seeing your family for more than an hour at a time. My parents are aurors, Professor. I see what they go through. I don’t want to put my future family through the same ignorance. I’m not saying what my parents did was intentional, because I know they’re not. I know they love me. But come Christmas time, when we’re supposed to come together as a family, they’re rarely there for me, always out there arresting another murderer.”-James Potter.

“If you think I would have wanted a bloody murder on my conscience, you’re bloody wrong, Sirius Black. You’re bloody wrong. If you’re going to use me to kill an enemy, go right ahead. It’s not like werewolves have feelings, right? It’s not like we’re human. No. We’re experimental playthings to control. You forget, Sirius, that you once thought of me as a friend. As human. Years ago. But maybe that was too far back for you to remember. Maybe all this time I was believing a lie.” - Remus Lupin

Reviews:

"Wow. What can I say? This story is absolutely, positively astounding. I think it's one of the best pieces written on the entire site. The characters all have so much...depth, as your writing takes me right there with them, it makes me feel as if I'm actually with the Marauders as they go off and do something insane. Thank you so much for giving me the pleasure of reading something so fulfilling and has so much meaning." - Alexa Krystal

"I was rather doubtful when I first started reading this story. I've read some Marauder stories, and they uually seemed to concentrate only on James and Lily, and though I love the pairing, I really longed for a story that included ALL the Marauders, and it includes Lily. I finally found it in your story. It's not only descriptive, but the characters are real. It's a story that makes me feel, it's a story that makes me laugh and cry. This is by far the best Marauder story I've read, heck, it may be the best Fanfic I've ever read." - Kyra Ryuiko

The Prince's End (Written 2011)

Full Summary: Snape right before his death, from his perspective.

I hadn't touched fanfiction for a couple years while in college, but I missed it so much that I had to write again. This was my first story after my hiatus, and though it's very short, I couldn't be prouder of it. It was this 500 word tale that inspired me to write The Prince's Tale.

The Prince's Tale (Written 2011 - Present)

Full Summary: This is the story of Lily and Snape, of their close friendship and eventual parting of the ways, through their Hogwarts years until his eventual death. A tale of love, loss, regret and redemption.

Writing The Prince's End really struck a chord in me. I was, and am, still working on Distant Memories, but something about Snape and Lily's story just sort of screamed out, and I knew right away that I wanted to write it so badly. As of this writing I'm 15 chapters in, and still developing it as I go, but hopefully it'll turn out to exceed the readers' expectations. I've really enjoyed it so far, and I hope you'll all continue with me on their journey :)
