Most of you in the Portal community likely know me as the author of A Real Surprise. The immense popularity of this story overwhelmed me, and the ensuing deluge of requests, inquiries, and complaints about the story's progress prompted me to remove myself and my stories from both FFN and tumblr. However, I now realize that removing my stories was, at the very least, unfair to you, my loyal readers. I have reposted A Real Surprise in its entirety, including a final bonus chapter that includes excerpts and blurbs from my notes. I sincerely hope you all enjoy it.

I occasionally receive requests asking for permission to translate A Real Surprise. If you are interested in doing so, please do! I only ask that you credit me and, of course, Valve for their wonderful IP.
