Four years after the events of the first part, Joel goes missing. Ellie, haunted by his recent confession, is forced to confront herself and set out on a journey to question the truths and lies that made up her life. A road paved with love, pain and hope, she soon realises that a far more unforgiving force lurks in their lives.

Three days in Seattle. Every step Tommy has taken has led him to this point and every decision he makes in that fateful city will haunt him long after he leaves it. Follow him as he struggles to come to terms with the allegiance he once swore to the people he now hunts, with the betrayal of a redemption he thought he had found, and with the loss of everything he once held dear.

Things between them might not have been great but the anger she'd held onto since Salt Lake City seemed hollow compared to what Ellie felt when she stumbled across a woman towering above Joel with a golf club. So yeah…things might not have been great; but she's not let him down yet...She isn't going to start now.

Ellie has a long way to go to find peace. Dina loves her, but has her own wounds to heal. And there are still far too many things unspoken between them. Post-Part II, told through a mixture of journal entries/letters and narrative, this is the story of the year following Ellie's return to Jackson. Joel/Ellie dynamic still features heavily. Will eventually have a happy ending.

Left alone on the Santa Barbara beach, Ellie reflects on her past and moves towards an uncertain future.

In this story, the final fight doesn't happen. Abby and Ellie leave together and, having nowhere and no one left to go to, they stay together. Their experiences, motives and choices mirror each other so closely that they can't help but find common ground. OR: at the end of the game, there is only one boat.

Ellie had already made it clear, they were just friends, and Leon had accepted it. Anyways, he went back to his old home, Seattle to try to save her. (Currently being modified since the beginning until chapter 4).

Ellie goes for an afternoon ride and doesn't return; Joel worries.

Ellie has returned to Jackson after the events of Santa Barbara and her mind is healing, slowly but surely. Ellie's sole focus is to earn back the trust of Dina and JJ through hard work and perseverance. When Ellie finally feels like she is getting her emotions under control, a person from Dina's past returns to Jackson. Will this ruin Ellie's chance at reunion?

An AU where Joel and Ellie get to have their movie night. Rated M for language.

Dina fixed her a glare that lacks the poison. “Why the fuck should I care anymore?” “You shouldn’t,” Being this close, she can’t help but notice how slightly puff out Dina’s eyes are and her heart tugged at the sight. “But, you deserve to know the truth. And I won't... I promise you'll never have to see me again." Ellie goes back home. To Dina and JJ.

"Hey, how come we never talked about this stuff?" "I don't know. It didn't feel… You never really talked to me about Cat." "I got the impression that you didn't really like her." "I think she wasn't right for you." As Ellie grows closer to her new girlfriend, her and Dina grow farther apart. Is Dina jealous of the lost time, or is there something else at play?

Joel and Ellie are brought back in time to Austin, Texas, a year before the outbreak. They must adapt and accept their new lives while also searching for answers for their purpose of being brought back. Alternate Universe.

Ellie arrives at Jackson after finding the farmhouse empty. Set after the ending of (The Last of Us 2)

She'd walked away twice before. Did she have it in her to do it now? And could she—should she—even dare to hope that maybe, just maybe, things would still turn out okay after all this time? [set post-canon ending of TLOU2]

She leaves the guitar to begin to heal. Healing is a much longer process.

Ellie tracks down Abby one final time, costing her her relationship with Dina and JJ, but what she finds hits her closer to home than anything she could have expected. There is no final fight scene and only one boat after the pyres. Complete.

Follow Joel and Ellie on their newest challenge: settling into a normal as can be life at Tommy's settlement. They'll form new friendships and relationships with other residents and face new challenges and enemies. No matter how safe their new home is, it can't protect them from the world's horrors.
