Hello to one and all who have popped in for a visit. As you probably guessed from my pen name, I am from Canada, land of warm hearts, good beer and great music.

I have recently discovered Person of Interest and am absolutely hooked on the show.

I am an avid reader; I enjoy all genres of books be they fictional or true. I must recommend my favorite book to anyone with an adventurous spirit and an appreciation of the power of mankind's will to survive: You must read "Touching the Void" by Joe Simpson. This is a true story of a mountaineering adventure gone horribly wrong. The human spirit prevails in the midst of seemingly insurmountable odds. I found it an absolutely inspirational read.
