I just discovered this story, I hope to see it continued. It's well written and entertaining.

It seems like a good fanfic XD I'm not really into girl on girl though. I prefer yaoi, or straight relationships though I don't really have a problem with yuri.

Just asking, does Shirley have the capability to replenish her ammo stocks yet? Or does she use the Musketeer's stock instead?

Glad to hear it I wish you well with things to come. Its awesome that Shirley is keeping her gun under wraps for now, won't that surprise the nobles when the musketeers are able to out do them with weight of fire before they can get spells off. That's going to cause a lot of backlash/unrest amongst the nobles of Tristian. I don't remember if you said so or not, but are the musketeers already use cone shaped bullets? I know rifling the barrels of their muskets won't really work unless the have cartridges because black powder will just foul it after a few shots. Will Shirley work on getting the guns made first or focus on the fact that she now has 7 bullets left if that's her only clip. I would assume that she has two maybe three so I would think she would start wondering how to make bullets for her gun after she has had her bath. I look forward to seeing more.
~Oh and on the song at the end I don't know the 'official' name but it I took a gander that it was the U.S. Army Air Corps song, or one of them, during WWII and came up with it being referred commonly as "The Wild Blue Yonder song" Like how it flows and fits in well there.

Huh. Wonder how i missed this when i scrolled through Strike Witches fics after finishing the anime a few months ago.

Cause, funny story; The only reason i like Familiar of Zero so much is because of the fanfiction - the anime was pretty droll, at best. So, ive gotten in the habit of checking out the fanfiction for fandoms im kinda "eh" with even more than fandoms i love. Strike Witches, being one such series, would benefit from having a good fanfic, in my books.

Let alone a Familiar of Zero crossover, written by an Author who i have quickly learnt struggles to do wrong.

So, "Huh. How did i miss this story?"

All the same stuff ive been saying for a while applies: in General, i like this. A cross between the weird and silly Strike Witches and the Silly and sometimes dark FoZ is a good idea, now that i think about it.

But the thing i like the most is, as i said all that time ago with Hydaelyn, is that this is Off-Rails. Henrietta was one of my favourite girls in FoZ - beaten only by Tabitha (Who is adorable) - so seeings more fics featuring her in a starring role is a good thing in my book. On the SW side, while Charlotte and Lucchini weren't my favourites (Sanya, who is adorable, best girl) i certainly dont dislike their characters.

Beyond that, the same things i always say: Well written, grammar good, fun read etc. Im just truncating that statement cause ive written it several times today already, but do know that im shortening it because im lazy and not because the story doesnt deserve it.

So, thank you for writing this. I enjoyed reading it. Id say i hope you continue, but i would think that would be a bit to ask for a three year old story. Still, thanks for what we have.

A story focused on Henrietta, Agnes, and the musketeers? Totally gonna follow this, I don't even know much about Strike Witches but you still made that side interesting.

Also don't get discouraged by easily offended little !##&'s. "Wah, wah. Why you do that to the musketeers!?" Get over it dude, grow up.

Anyway hope to see more. Agnes is like one of my top 3 favorite characters in the series.

I kno wlittle to nothing bout strike witches.. but decided to give this a chance becuase your flame of life fic was so amusing (I know little to NOTHING about dark souls lore but i still liked it).

That being said.. this didn't disappoint.. now we jus thave to see the consequences of almost shooting and then threatening a noble... Also if you still need girls.. I can see waht I can do... Migh tneed to do a bit of research though...

I was enjoying this until you pulled that absolute piece of crap maneuver with disbanding most of the musketeer corps and distributing the vast majority of them as mistresses. Disbanding them is one thing. Working them into other divisions is another. But... THERE IS NO GOD DAMN WAY THAT TAKING THEM AS PERSONAL SERVANTS IS JUSTIFIED.

That was completely uncalled for and adds nothing to the story. It's just pointless, and unrealistic, super dickery. I mean pressing for dismissal and reorganization is one thing, it happens, but taking military personnel to serve as glorified sex slaves is absolutely unacceptable and I respect you less for having written it happening. This isn't like with Motte and Siesta. They're not maids. There is no contract to be bought.

At the very least, Henrietta should have been able to keep that from happening because they do not have the right to do that to her personal soldiers. I can't even see her parents agreeing to that considering the musketeer's service history, unless you want them to be total mustache-twirling assholes too. I don't care what your justification is. That's despicable. And for writing it, you're despicable, because it was totally unnecessary.

Also what will you do about the Staff of Destruction in the Academy, the Dragon's Raiment in Tarbes, and the stock of weapons that Julio has? Will they be from the Strike Witches' world?

The Badass Shirley returns...
So maybe she could have a BAR/thompson/others machine guns in the future? Yeah, to reduce the rate of gun jamming from black powder someone should invented the nitroglycerin soon (maybe Colbert) so she could have her m1911 firing semi-auto instead of using it as a bolt-action pistol. I guess that the weapon in the vault is a panzerfaust/fleigerhammer instead of the m72 laws? Waiting for the next chapters.

Now that I think about it, I gather Shirley isn't particularly monogamous at the moment. Seems like it could be a source of tension later.

Turning that inn into a workshop was not something I saw coming, though. On the other hand, if she has the tooling to replicate a 1911, I wonder what the reaction will be when they discover the artifacts are Earth weapons?

And that's a good place to end a chapter. Too bad she probably doesn't have much ammo left; time to get Colbert on the horn.
