A wonderful story here so far!
MystiYew chapter 10 . 7/2
A stellar self contained book. I really, really, loved this. Thanks for sharing.
Murkglow chapter 4 . 6/29
My biggest hurdle with this story (which I love and have read countless times, just to be clear) is that I've never even remotely understood why Artemis, or more accurately the people around him keep telling him, should love/get along with/forgive his family. Frankly at every point in here the default stance is Artemis and his father should be together and he should never stop trying to "fix" whatever issues there are that are preventing this... Honestly, while it's sad that Artemis does love his family and did go through hell and back for them, I think he should let them go. Move out (he's legally old enough now) and let that be it. It sucks but frankly with how his family treats him? He would be much healthier and better off without them. Just because they are family and you want to love them doesn't mean it is bound to work out if you just keep trying hard enough. Not all families are healthy or good for you and Artemis Sr in this is certainly an example of such in my eyes.
Jaysnow-Silverblaze chapter 10 . 6/28
I just want to say (especially after watching the disaster that was the Artemis Fowl movie) that this is the most beautiful thing I've ever read in my life (though Embers is really close ngl).
Even making it a rather unorthodox crossover with marvel it managed to come across as believable, in character, thought provoking, and fascinating. I don't have words to explain how amazing this is. There are very few fan fictions on this site or others that capture Artemis's essence so perfectly. It is a true boon to the fandom.
On top of that I have read it more than a dozen times and I keep finding new things to love.
So, thank you, sincerely.
(Also, I just started A Net of Dawn and Bones and I already love it, so thanks for branching out into original fiction as well.)
Kay Hau chapter 10 . 6/20
Amazing job! Artemis Fowl II is definitely one of the most complicated characters I can think of to try write for, as the attempt by Disney at a movie sadly proved. He is not a boy, not a man, not a fairy, not a human, a criminal and yet a hero, and loves to play on perceptions both right and wrong, always leaving people guessing right up the end and even beyond! Not even getting into his crazy complicated family and ‘friend’ relationships! And then to combine his world with the Avengers world, and even beyond into further elements of the Marvel universe-! Extremely impressive, very well written, and amazingly plausible! Well done, and a definite favorite for me!
MehOhWell chapter 10 . 6/17
I say this as someone who absolutely adored the Artemis Fowl book series as a boy, but this ten chapter work of fanfiction was worlds better than the sixth book. The blend of Artemis having to deal with the more subtle long-term effects of his decisions and reflecting on how he has changed combined with having to reconcile that with a family that would logically be totally ignorant of their son and WHO he is, is beautiful. And while the whole twist to deal with Opal was a bit lackluster and Doom was his stock-standard moronic self, I absolutely love the notion of Artemis becoming a not-LEP agent and basically being a premier field agent for them. I think that's a far better place to leave the story than the canon "everything Opal contributed to blew up even in the human world and Artemis got killed and resurrected because Fairy tech Ex Machina". This is what I love about fanfiction, beneath the mountains of angsty BS and poorly written smut there are true gems like this one.
Fantasia Komix chapter 10 . 5/16
This was amazing! That is all.
SlayerOfShadows371 chapter 10 . 1/18

Beautiful mate!
Have a Wonderful Wonderful day!
Mernom chapter 10 . 12/19/2019
Yet again, yet another masterpiece. The foreshadowing for the means of possession was well placed. The villain's identity was a bit easy to guess, since it's an AU to a Canon work with the same villain, so not much can be done there.

It was quite enjoyable to read even as someone who doesn't watch the MCU.

And needless to say, it really feels like it calls for a sequel.
Mernom chapter 7 . 12/18/2019
Hmm. As a human, Artemis has access to the moving meditation, and due to his stolen far magic (or changling nature, or both) he has access to the the acorn ritual. Is it possible that both forms of magic work differently? That would explain the mixed colors of his sparks... If that is the case, if he burns through all if his fae magic, would he lose his vulnerability to the fae dwelling rules?
Mernom chapter 5 . 12/18/2019
Shielding?
Mernom chapter 3 . 12/18/2019
I'm really starting to feel redundant, since every story of yours I read I feel completed to mention how it's marvelous.
CaptainShort19 chapter 10 . 12/2/2019
