i just wanted to say that i loved the story strangers like me and i think you have an amazing talent for creating interesting character arcs i say this because usually authors pay no heed to character arcs and just say that it's a minor detail though it's very important ( in my opinion at least )

also i think that this short drabble is really cute and i was just wondering whether or not you might continue it since you made it a long time ago ( it has an interesting plot so far and i think it has a lot if potential )

Moreover i was wondering if you do decide to continue it can you please write something about bragi and kili spending some time together just as friends please

I have read 'Strangers like me' and first of.. you horrible horrible person... do you know how much i slept thes last 3 days?! 4 hours at most! Counting all nights! couldn't read it by day because of my kids so it had to be the nights... second... you wonderfull wonderful person... i didn't know what i was missing untill i found this!
Im so in love with Bragi... like absolutely adore him and I giggle like a tween...hrm..yeah...
and I can see it coming that Nelly just up and desides that Nori is hers and hers alone... and as hobbits age diffrently than dwarfs and Nori alread is older it would fit... but thats just me and my head. there is sooo much i would like to say... that i dont have any words...
I probably wont be reviewing alot because thats just not me but do not forget that I (like so many others) look forward to every word you post... anxiously. hope your in good health and happy.

Oh, Kili. How his hobbitness amuses me. Especially in the face of strangers who've never met him before.

I'd like to see something that was omitted from the story- how Dwalin and Elza's courting went, especially at the beginning.

Other things I'd like to see- something focusing on Pearl, since she just is kind of there for me and I for some reason can't get a good grasp on her personality, Nelly and Nori and their mischief, possibly more on Nori and Dori mending their relationship (and maybe Ori finds out about what had happened?), what the adult hobbits do with their time on a regular basis particularly since they probably don't need a job, anything about Thorin, particularly dealing with politics or the antics of those around him, maybe even deciding to throw in the towel and not act according to his age and station... and... yeah, that about covers the things I'd like to see.

I obviously don't expect you to get to those, but those are the things I'd like to see most, though of the three you have listed I'm torn between returning to the Shire and a piece on Dis and Bilbo... They both have different appeals. I'm a secret romantic, but I'm not overly fond of things that focus only on romance but I love the interactions between Dis and Bilbo... and I think the hobbits returning to the Shire would be great, especially with how much the children have grown to love Erebor and their friends...

Awesome first chapter! If you're doing more than the ones you mentioned, I would love to see more of Nelly and Nori! Or of all the little mischief makers who got into trouble at the party on Durin's Day back together again!

It would be nice to see Sam receive the parsel his father sends to him, not to mention what the messangers thinks about Erebor.

Good defense, but I wonder what Bilha will have to say about the arrangement...

I can't seem to get enough of Hobbit/dwarf culture contrasts :) Kili's cheerful greeting of the shocked envoys was perfect.

As for future ideas, I'd love to see more of anything with Dis and Bilbo. The wedding, further elaboration of those assassination attempts, and their first trip home to the Shire. Thank you so much for starting this :)

Ooh, I'd love to see one of the assassination attempts on Bilbo and how it was handled- and how Dis reacted to it. (personally, I wouldn't want to cross her lol) Of what you listed, I want to see all of them ;) but I think I'd like to see the first return to the Shire the most.
