Not to be repetitive but you should really focus on izuku's POV.
I really couldn't care less about the police.
honestly the only important bit from the pov's was the dude with a dangerous quirk.

ok, this was trash.
You have a MC that's been living alone for years, dealt with criminals and death, but gets nervous from a bunch of kids.
yeah, that's just bullshit for future drama/angst.

I just hope next chapter isn't a bunch of different POV's re-telling this chapter.

Looks pretty good so far, maybe a bit angsty but nothing off putting.

Why are you describing the heroes when we already know them?

It is quite disappointing that this story is likely have been abandoned. I hoped to see far enough to see that AFO is Hisashi plot twist.
