Oh wow, this was fun. You should keep going. The guardians are so much fun, and it's such a unique way to start an Avengers story. I'm following, I hope you consider continuing this story. It's definitely a fun one.

I'm not a star wars fan. Never watched a single movie. But I like this so much that it actually makes me want to watch it.

There's no actual timeline for the champions because the portals around Sakkar bend, compress and stretch time. Technically, yes, Manthing was the champion at the time of Winter soldier. That's mostly because That's around the same time that bruce fled into space and ended up on Sakkar. From the perspective outside of that funhouse, Manthing could have been the champion for 1000 years or 10 days.

Valkyrie the nuisance. Heh. She's also a pretty horrible person. More antivillain than antihero. Woulda thought that she'd be a good pair for this antivillain you're writing, but oh well.

GotG. God that was an annoying remake. Quill was quirky in the comics, but god was he an unlikable weenie in the movies.

You've probably gotten to this point by now, but Reven survived the last 1000 years between KOTOR and TORO. You fight him as a boss at the end of the Revenites quest chain. Revan has been spending the last 1000 years feeding off the emperor's immortality and keeping the beast complacent. Now that his efforts have failed, he's trying to destroy the Emperor's secret projects.

The dipshit who tried to tell you that Revan was alive before the Sith Emperor Vitiate Darth Tenedrae, is wrong, as Vitiate was a survivor of the Old Sith Empire of Naga Sadow who took the survivors of the last battle and used a force ritual to become immortal. Revan is from 3,994 BBY thereabouts, and Darth Tenebrae was from around 5,000.

I hope you pick this up again, since I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Good introduction, no fanfare, no angst, and in only 1 chapter we've seen his most basic background. And please don't do info dump; that always turn me off. Btw, it looks like the Sith is the dominant personality. From no body snatcher background, I assume he's civilian, so can you please don't make him too ruthless. Give him some hesitation when he 1st time killing someone, make him question his morals, anything to make him more human.

Overall I love the idea of the story, and binged rhe while thing! I especially love the idea of the character somewhat having conflicting mindsets due to Alan I think it was and Darth revile having their minds fused into reviles body.

That also ties into the idea of him wanting to go back to kill the vitiate, I am surprised however parts of Alan if not all of him is still their mentally considering I actually was expecting the sith to just completely override his mind and memories considering not only power and Will's when compared, but his suffering at that which I think you did a good job at that.

I am curious though will the xmen movies be in this same mcu or no?
