I can't see Gabriel tolerating Lila, no matter how good she is at creating akumas, once he figures out how she treats Adrien. I feel like as long as he thinks she wants to protect Adrien like he does, she's ok. But once he finds out, Liladrien will be like his reverse otp. (Adrienette, on the other hand, I think he'd support. His son with a promising young designer? Yes please!)

Not gonna lie, I enjoyed Lila's public exposure and downfall in this story. She deserves it. :D

But the fact that it was Gabriel doing it... leaves a bad taste for me.

I do not ever hold with making *him* redeemable and have a line he wouldn't cross, while a teenager like Lila and Chloé doesn't get the same.

Plagiarism being a line for Gabriel especially doesn't ring true when he himself was "inspired by" the Miraculous book to create a line of jewelry that coincidentally looks almost *exactly* like the miraculous jewelry in the book.

Plus, considering Chat Blanc and Ladybug episodes, I find it more likely he'd see this design theft as a prime opportunity for his scarlet butterflies. After all, he does have a frightening boner for getting Marinette akumatized no matter what.

Oohhh Yesss! I always Love Fic that has Gabriel not on Lila's side anymore especially when he side with Marinette and it was because his Heart as Designer! Yesss!

I love your story. Especially the part portraying Mr. Agreste as a capable person, at least, in the Fashion Industry.

I really liked this little tid-bit. It really captured how drastic in certain industries that when the truth comes to light that those who lie and cheat will be brought down. And yeah, you were very accurate about people's reaction to this. And yes, you are right, Gabriel Agarest is a despicable human, even if he has a semi-legit reason, the way he went about rectifying it was wrong on so many levels.
