Thank you for writing this because it's my official head cannon now of what happened in that last episode of the Clone Wars and nothing is changing my mind. Also, are you gonna possibly make a series out of this scenario following Jesse and, at the very least, the clones in the shuttle with him, following them and their exploits as a potential bounty hunting group during the Empire, that'd be cool as shit.

This is how I had imagined things going. That Jesse went with them, but... Instead I ended up sitting there crying on the floor asking Dave why he did that to us.

I really enjoyed that LLTC. I figured Rex could snap them out of their Droid like state.
But now, even with both endings, they're free. They're finally free and their nightmares are over.

Tears are streaming down my face. And they did the same thing when I saw Jesse's helmet. How I wish this could've been his ending

if only this is what happened, or if they were able to take out their chips they could of somehow lived

Great job with the one shot of Rex and Jesse. I did wonder why the other clones weren't at least thinking about why they shouldn't be hunting Ahsoka down but since the chips were forcing them to I guess that answers that, although I do feel that having control chips in millions of clones is a bit of a cop out rather than training them to just be implicitly loyal to whom ever is in charge. Also I was curious if you were going to keep writing your Rex 2 story or since the Clone Wars is finished we and we know what happened are you just going to give us some shorter stories that lead into Rebels?

With this Clone Wars resurgence, it's like I'm regressed back to the 18 year old I was when I first started reading fanfic for the show and it's all very confusing.

But oh my gosh this takes me back! My eternal love of Kix, and Rexoka, and then my boy Jesse! It's too much and this was so good 3 It's lovely to see that you're writing again! I've missed your editions to the Clone Wars universe; they're always quality.
