The thing that I like about this is it is how I could see a Harry that has given up responding. This is not the Harry that we know from canon. We are looking at a Harry who has lost basically everything, his arm, his friends, his world. He sacrificed so much to defeat Voldemort and he is left with a world that is falling apart. In his position, I would definitely seek the revenge that was denied me along with a happier alternative future. He obviously doesn't have the ability to time-travel so this is his only solution. I liked the short chapters, they worked with the angry, disheveled , manic Harry that you were trying to portray.

I like what you did here. Its an excellent way for Harry to feel he's gotten revenge without actually doing anything truly horrible. It's also a way for him to finally have some happiness in his life. Well played.

I think it would be a really good punishment if Harry put food in front of them, but every time the Dursleys would try to catch it, the food would fly away...

This is indeed very dark. But Vernon & Petunia never "paid" for what they did to Harry. JKR wasn't explicit nor did she ever mention the word abuse(that I recall) but it was underlying. Harry was not a saint. No matter how forgiving, being human he would have wanted payback. When the people responsible are dead, creative measures must be used. This is creative.

wouldn't it have been a fitting torture to let the Dursleys eat? Specialized diets, salads, grapefruit, poached fish for Vernon, pasta, mashed potatoes, lots of beef, anything fattening, all kinds of pastry. With a charm to allow them to only eat what was presented to them, no switching. Then put them on no food at all.
