Taut and suspenseful. Each of the explorers responds differently to the stress of this frightening situation. The chapter rings true because you know the characters so well.

You've done a great job in keeping the characters true to their personalites (ie suspition of Margurite's actions, curiosity of Malone's true feelings and the growing cameraderie between M and N).

I'm facinated about how they are going to get across the bridge...and please don't rely on the same ol "the Zanga know a convenient back trail to the caves". You're too clever to use such trite methods of resolving the problem. Keep writing, I can't wait to see how it turns out.

The fanfiction Story alert really works. Today I was thinking if I would have to wait until next week for chapter 4. Fortunately the answer is no. I like the way you alternate the action: Challenger, Roxton, Veronica and Marguerite, Malone. And here I am again waiting for the next chapter.

Chapter 2 gave a great conversation between Ned and Marguerite and in chapter 3 I liked Roxton and Veronica talking. I always liked the interaction between them. And the story is becoming more and more interesting. Good job and I am already waiting for chapter 4.

Liked the tension between Malone and Marguerite, I know I have no Lobby but I kept wondering why their is no MV/MM paring anywere to be I would love it if you may could put in some moments in the following chapter.

A fic talking about N&V relationship? Great. You have my attention. I liked the way you begun the story in chapter 1 and I just loved the conversation between Marguerite and Malone about Veronica. I agree with you. Veronica doens't look for someone to protect her.
