I'm actually glad Lindsay happened because Peyton needed to be reminded you can live your life together and achieve your dreams and that achieving dreams without the person you love will not bring happiness-she needed to admit her regret and how saying yes was her dream which fits with what Lucas said in his proposal in LA tbh. If only she realized sooner their daughter could have grown up with 2 parents.

Umm, for the record, Brooke stumbled into a bad situation and nearly got her throat slit, then Peyton played to Ian's weakness, got him to free her, nearly killed Ian, saved Brooke, who then later saved Peyton back. It wasn't just Brooke who saved Peyton. I don't understand this general misconception. So just pointing out the fact.

I'm only on the first paragraph, but I have to say this as it's seems such a common misconception. I don't think it's fair to say that Peyton ever drove Lucas away in L.A. She wanted to find her feet, have one year to do it, and Lucas didn't want to wait. I just rewatched that episode, and everything Peyton said about the fact that if Lucas didn't think they could last waiting one year, then how could he be talking about forever. It's more than a fair question. He didn't want to give her that one year so he left her, stole away while she was sleeping.

Why do I get the feeling that things aren't going to remain so perfect and happy for long? I'm expecting Lindsey to say she's pregnant or some catastrophe happens to the Scotts. Let's wait and see.
