No, but seriously, I am in awe. It wasn't melodrama. It MEANT something. It was perfectly in character - no overreaction on their parts (well, y'know, beyond the obvious, but suicide is not something I'm inclined to ever think of as an overreaction. It's far more than that. Still, in a lot of fics I've read, there are times when you can practically hear the author urging you to cry, and nothing snaps you out of the mood of the story quite like the author over-doing it; laying it on way too thick - which I'm proud to say you don't do).

I've been systematically going through your fics ever since I read... I can't remember which one it was. I remember clicking on the link to your name, because of all the Hurt! or Sick!Sam fics I read, yours was by far the best written - and then I saw that you had over 120 fics and said to myself, "Dis child be crazy I ain't goin' through all dem stories I got shit to do," at which point I proceeded to ignore the shit I had to do and read all your fics instead.

Ahh, priorities.

I REGRET NOTHING.

It's very rare that I find an author for a fandom and latch on, religiously reading everything they ever write. I can count my favourites on one hand, and they are the only fanfiction users I can recall by name whenever somebody brings up what kind of stories I read. There's only one per fandom, historically, and you just took the cake for the entire Supernatural fandom. That makes five favourite-FAVOURITE authors total now.

If I ever need to sift through my favourite stories list in search of a particular one, it's gonna be an adventure, huh? I'm so screwed.
