Sure, it's a different situation for AU/AR. But it's good. I felt the pain in my feet when Toph got shot there (both feet too!)

I love Taang, and I'm glad that I can read a story that's unique and creative that includes them. Also I like the fact that they aren't screwing each other silly five seconds after they meet. That always ticks me off in Taang stories. I look forward to reading more of this story.

Just one question, any Sokka or Katara in the future?

This story is just...amazingly breath-taking.

It's written so beautifully and for the first time ever , I'm not looking at the end of the chapter to see how long I have until I finish it because I'm so into this story. I actually cried when the Firebender protected Aang. And when Toph got her feet shot , I was about to start screaming.

The flow in this story is just amazing and the characters are so real and their emotions are so strong. This is really one of the best stories I've found on .

Toph is my favorite character and you've done her so much justice in this story. The friendship between her and Aang is so much like the one in the show and it's just undescribable(?).

I wasn't sure about this story when I read the summary but curiousity got the better of me and I'm glad I read it. Keep up the good work and update as soon as you can.

I love this idea! I think that your characterization is great for both Aang and Toph, and I really like how dark you've made it. I've been following this story since you published chapter two. And, I'm still impressed.

The way you made it into an AU story, twisting it to a storyline that WORKED, that gripped me. Very, very amazing story here.

I nearly cried for Aang when his 'brothers' died. It seemed rather symbolic when the firebender brother protected Aang from death. And, I mean, that was only the FIRST chapter.

Toph has always been my favorite and I think you give her such justice in this story. She's witty, bent on freedom and friendship. Both Toph and Aang's relationship is so vivid and nice. During the second chapter, I was reminded of the one episode where Toph asked, "Do you really think friendships lasts in other lifetimes," and Aang merely smiled, took her hand and replied, "Yes, I do." So, I believe this is a very wonderful lead up on that dialoge.

Well, the Dai Li seem as evil as ever. That, and Toph's father seems to be hiding something scarier than the rest. Makes me wonder who the real 'bad guys' are and where this story will take us.

I am a fan of Taang, but I won't be dissapointed if it doesn't go that way, considering this story is just so gripping.
