This is amazing

I've had some extra time on my hands and going back and re-reading some old stories that I loved. I don't know if writers mind getting these little reviews from a story written so long ago, but I just love this story! It makes me so happy and I love how it is written. The love between the characters makes my heart pitter-patter and I love this version of Edward and Bella! Thank you for your beautiful story *even though it has been awhile*!

I can't fully describe to you just how much I enjoyed this story! I made the stupid mistake of thinking I would just check out the first chapter or so while nursing my son for bed and the next thing you know it's 2am and I'm just finishing it and dreading having to get up with my kids after so few hours of sleep! I just couldn't stop reading! I do think she could have handled leaving her job a bit better, especially since her split with Mike didn't seem full of anger or anything. Would have been awkward sure, but your whole ending left me wondering what she ends up doing in the future. Especially since I assume they stayed in Forks if they bought that house to fix up. I'll have to look and see if you have any outtakes or something. It would be awesome to see a few things from Edward's POV...like maybe his first conversation and his break up with Tanya, or his thoughts on learning about Mike, or maybe when he couldn't reach her while she was abroad, his ultimate desire to break the rules to meet her. I guess just seeing more of his personality would be nice. I like that he seemed bolder than Bella, less complacent about his life maybe? The whole situation made him realize what he didn't have with Tanya and he took action, but Bella seemed to be aware of what she didn't have with Mike but unwilling to get herself out of something that wasn't bringing her passion and happiness. I get that her situation was different since she lived in his house, but if she made a 6 figure income, lived with him, and they had no kids then how the hell did she not have a really decent cushion set aside? There were two things that I questioned in these last two chapters. First, couldn't Edward have looked her up using her phone number since he had it in his phone? If I remember correctly that is something she specifically thinks about at one point. Second, why the fuck would Edward still have a picture of himself with Tanya in his wallet what sounds like 6 months or so after he has broken up with her, and especially after he knows she has lied about having his baby? I can understand Bella maybe not having purged her childhood bedroom once she's there and depressed, so can understand him seeing her and Mike, but him having that to just whip out felt really weird. Like, if you ever felt inclined to come back to your stories and re-work anything I would recommend maybe having him pull up an old photo from Facebook or from the gallery on his phone or something. But I loved their heart-to-heart on that porch and how he introduced himself to Charlie! I loved little moments like her blurting out that he was taller than she thought he'd be, and him responding that she was even more beautiful than he had envisioned, and her soaking up all the little details about him and all his mannerisms. I'm sure every reader would love to see one or two things changed about even their favorite stories, and obviously I'm no different since I've mentioned a couple of things here. But really, I feel like the things I mentioned are more like...just little details that would make your story flow a little more smoothly if addressed somehow. Like why doesn't she have a cushion? Was she spending stupid amounts of money to keep up with some lifestyle Mike wanted, to project an image he expected? And it could have been really funny for it to be a little awkward conversation about that wallet picture! I guess I just mean to say that even the few things that bugged at me when reading this weren't really big things at all because I could envision a sentence or three that would just make that feeling disappear. Because in general this was really wonderfully written and I enjoy your writing style and what came out of your brain so damn much!

Shit, I'm sorry this review practically became it's own story. But I don't ramble and dissect so much unless I really loved something, so I hope that makes it less annoying!

More people speak English in India than any other language. India has SO MANY languages that the only one everyone seems to know relatively fluently is English so idk what you're talking about. You must be misinformed.
