I love Bradbury. It's amazing how you incorporate other science fiction into this. You should write the scene where Christine is stuck with an unconscious Chekov. I would definitely read it. .

I got carried away from Star Trek so I missed this sequel :)

But as a die hard Trekkie ( I'm being a McCoy fan for more than two decades ) I can't stay away for too long.

So here I am and I really like this first chapter. Can't wait to read more of it :)

Great story! Those two deserve to be happy. Their respective personalities suggest that they will be able to keep it normal at work, so this has a high chance of working in your storyverse. Nicely done. I particularly like that you mentioned that Christine knows all Bones' skeletons - so she has an idea of the relationship mess he's been through before.

This is an amazingly fun story. The mystery part is exciting - I loved the red herring character - and the character interactions are spot-on.

This was amazing! I totally didn't think the trigger was the Tricorder. Great idea, executed brilliantly! Can't wait for the next installment of the series! :)

What a fitting ending! Davies definitely got what he deserved, and I shudder to think what would have happened if Christine hadn't thrown that tricorder at him. I bet Bones was mostly relieved that she was all right and a tiny bit annoyed that he didn't get to rush in and save her.

AUGH, loved the ending! *fangirl squeal* Pecan pie is always the way to a Southern boy's heart. And making out like teenagers. This has been such a wonderful read, and I really can't wait until the last installment of the series!
