Enjoying reading this, and even though it supports the Jean/Scott/Emma idea, I can't help but read between the lines with the Logan/Emma interactions. Hope that there is another update in the future.

Interesting dialogue lay out! I like how you put "[Name] said" before the line of dialogue - a refreshing change! Also, you're playing the Logan vs Scott rivalry very well. Logan seems thick-skinned and perhaps a little rash, whereas Scott seems to fight for the greater good without realizing his actions can be rather counter-productive. An interesting approach to these two characters' relationship. I enjoyed this first chapter and am looking forward to the next.

I just finished reading your story and I am very much impressed. I recently watched the TV series, 'Wolverine and the X-Men,' and your story works quite well as a sequel to it. The characters feel the same, especially the thin line Cyclops walks between being being a jerk sometimes. I especially like where you're going as far as Scott, Jean, and Emma's relationship, I think it could get very interesting. I've seen a few one shots that have them all as a couple, but none of them actually show the lead up. My only complaint is that this story really needs an update. It has so much potential, I'd really love to see you finish it, it truly deserves it.

This story isn't getting enough reviews. It's a crime I tells you! I know this first chapter came out a while ago, but I feel compelled to review it as I should have long ago.

I've read only a handful of Wolverine and the X-men stories that were of any quality. Even those didn't go to the kind of lengths you went to in order to set this up. You devote a great deal early on to set up what's going on with the characters and where this takes place in relation to the show. I can't think of too many writers who make such an effort. You even pick up right where the show left off. It feels like a nice, smooth continuation.

The characterizations are as true as they were in the show. Wolverine is still the grumpy leader, Kurt is still the conflicted yet honorable man, Scott is still a little messed up, and everyone else is still dealing with their own issues. My favorite scene was probably the one with Kurt and Jean. I think you did that very nicely. Unlike everyone else, Jean wasn't around to form a bias as to what Kurt went through with Wanda. She's objective and compassionate enough to encourage him. She knows what it's like to have emotions get in the way of something that's risky in many ways. It's also good that she can relate to him on certain levels. It's a great play on the characters and one I wish we could have seen on the show.

Even though most of this chapter was setting things up, you really got the ball rolling by introducing Emma Frost at the end! That was a great kicker! One that really helps set the stage for what this story is going to be about. For that, I applaud you. You should be very proud of yourself. You're putting more effort into this story than I see some people put into the comics they write. Keep up the excellent work! fantastic story so far! loving the drama between Scott/Jean/Emma! I am such a big Emma/Scott fan so i keep hoping that something will happen...but i know that's not going to happen. oooohhhh~! i wonder what's going to happen with Selene and Shaw! nothing good, and i hope Pietro's intentions are true!

maybe Scott, Jean and Emma have a threesome or something, just my thoughts, can't wait for the next chapter!
